This is yoshi, self renovating a 60 year old house.
This time, we are working on the foundation, Part 6!
We have dismantled the rest of the walls in the bathroom area, and even completed the rebar assembly and earthen floor sheets.
It has been about 4 months since the foundation work started, and the end is finally in sight!
Next time, we will pour the concrete for the earthen floor, and after that, we would like to finish up to the risers.
I think the impression of the building will change a lot once the foundation concrete is in place!

コンクリートはポンプ車で圧送させて一気に打つ予定かな？

はい！生コンはポンプ車も呼んで一気に打つ予定です😊
コンクリートは組合に入ってる会社はリューベー2万円位だと思います（大型だと輸送費含むと9万はする）入ってない所だとお安い会社もあります。ポンプ車頼むなら選べないですが。
鉄筋に程度の良い赤さびが出ると、コンクリートと鉄筋の摩擦が増え、結果として付着応力度が増えます。
ツルツル鉄筋が若干のガサガサ鉄筋になる感じかな。曲げ、剪断ともに有効です。
打設後はコンクリートの強アルカリにより、錆がなくなるね。
いい感じです。
