Great to see homeowners rushing out to bring their trash bins inside so trash isn't strewn around the neighborhood.

Good thing to secure those wheelie-dumpsters. The refuse companies will charge you to replace 'em , if you lose 'em! Hail in these circumstances, becomes ultra-ballistic, ultra-lethal, generating secondary shrapnel, ricocheting like bullets, making the same sound, too. Things will look like they were run through the compactors in auto wrecking-yards. It didn't take outrageously high wind speeds, those above 150MPH, just the wind partnered with ballistic hail to bring down houses, schools, ag. infrastructures, etc. Seeing perforated cars and livestock out in the open, was chilling indeed.

The lack of trees here made it look much more tame than neighborhoods less tahn a mile away where lots of trees were damaged. Our neighbors had a close encounter with someone's trampoline that I watched fly 20' in the air and land just feet from their house. I wish I'd had my camera on that...would have made for something much more interesting.
