    That’s a cool setup I just built a similar unit with a greenworks 40v cordless compressor I hooked up one of those 5 gallon air storage tanks you carry around in the car for an emergency takes a few mins to Get it all charged up but it works awesome

      Yess thanks and that is a good idea i get about 40 breaths from 60 psi to 30 good idea🙂

    How much psi do i need going to the regulator to dive at 10 meters?

    • @treasurewithmnrs
      @treasurewithmnrs  ปีที่แล้ว

      High pressure regulators regulate the output pressure from 1 psi to as high as 60 psi but that deep not to shure preshuer would be much greater so id think deff more then 60 psi www.ifdi.info/10mDiver.php

    I am curious to see what your set up looks like when its on the water and ready to go.
    You just put the compressor and the generator on a raft? How do you make that work

    • @treasurewithmnrs
      @treasurewithmnrs  ปีที่แล้ว

      You put gas in the genarator keep it away from the air pump plug it in and dive i never put mine on a raft i had a plug outlet on the river front

      @treasurewithmnrs you think it would be possible to make it work putting them both into a tote box floating above you no matter where you went?

    • @treasurewithmnrs
      @treasurewithmnrs  ปีที่แล้ว

      @@theartist8189 yes i do think that would be possable just find a way you can keep the exsust from the motor going out of the tote and away from the air pump intake you should be fine as long as you have the propper filter

      Remember steel dose rust in the cilinder when air pressuer creates water

    You didn't tell us what the compressor is, and where to get one!

      it is a master craft oiless compressor and I got mine from Canadian Tire

  • @renegademind1833
    @renegademind1833 2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    As much as I like the low cost concept of using a "mastercraft " product, I dont trust the quality of the air. Teflon coated parts, apparently, that release toxic fumes at certain temp. Unless its a diaphragm pump with reed valves, I wouldnt use it. Thanks for the video. Good luck!

    @michaelvenezia2633 ปีที่แล้ว +1

    I doubt that it's good to breathe this compressor unfiltered at the "intake" air. Massive compressors with multi layer filters are used to fill scuba tanks. Also, how are you going to power the compressor out on the water...you're going to need a boat with AC power.

    • @treasurewithmnrs
      @treasurewithmnrs  ปีที่แล้ว

      get the right filter and it will be ok and you can use a genarator from shore but now i use the blu3 nemo alumeneum compressor would be alot better tho still with a good filter you will be fine

    A 12 volt 150 LPM oil-less aquarium compressor would make much more sense than that.

    But how would you power this at the beach when you want to go diving?

    • @treasurewithmnrs
      @treasurewithmnrs  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      You could bring a genarator one of those quit ones champion genarators are pretty quiet if u build this use a aluminum compressor to avoid rust
