The problem with the companies are that they keep loose ends ... They don't care about the end process ... I am stunned to find out that in a city like Kolkata, Panasonic service people still don't carry core drilling machine and end up badly damaging the wall with the blunt use of hammer.
Bhai seriously Panasonic is worst service and worst installer even they don't vaccum properly and my room isn't colliing properly

The company should allow customers to install as per their preference, either from the brand or outside, because the brand controls installation, which results in technicians charging more than the market price.
Hum jis desh me rehte hai waha. School college govt companies public officials sab lootne baithe hai. Aur system Aisa banaya hai ki apko jabardasti lootna hai.
Kyonki maanlijiye apne sab Kiya aur uske baad bhi apko company ne koi warranty nahi di tab aap kya karoge. Kyonki case toh aap ac ke liye karoge nahi kyonki ac sasta nyay mehnga hai .

If you purchased from Reliance Digital, they send their installation team. I asked them specifically at what point the brand would contact us, but they said if you purchase anything from Reliance, it comes under Reliance's jurisdiction, and Reliance will provide the product services.
Flipkart jeev chor hai. Install AC after a week of delivery and then they charge for accessories like tape, etc. drain pipe cost 20/-in market, they will charge 30/-. Chor

Ac installation charges, 1500 added when you purchase from Amazon and tick yes for installation, it's mention that installation service provided by amazon, technically it's a separate purchase, sold by amazon. Now this service provided by AMAZON will be considered as brand installation? or amazon just misusing it's platform advantage for listing it's SERVICE product, which look like brand installation.

What if I myself know how to install ACs and setup everything? Should I still ask for installation team and pay to them?
LG customer care says installation from local technician does not void warranty.

Sir flipkat customer care says if I install to LG technician my warranty will.get cancelled .I have to.install only to.jeeves technician..wat is this fraud happening in flipkart.
Don't care about what this flipkart guy says they're just corrupted. Brand provides you warranty on your Ac not flipkart.
Don't believe in Jeeves technician person. Same happened with me when I bought a Crompton geyser from Flipkart and for installation Jeeves contacted me and I faced same situation like yours then I contacted Crompton helpline and they said Jeeves doesn't control warranty, we do.

Actually in any offline market you can get 120-140 rs/feet copper pipe... it's 3 time costlier if you take from the brand...you can buy from market and then provide it to technician

sir mere experience me company's installation is often more unprofessional and greedy than local. LG installation engineer installed improperly, which ended up leaking water into switch board and my computer. a voltas person unnecessarily increaed wire legnth and then demanded 150RS per foot. aise me kya karein? wo log aate hi lootne ke lie hain.
Sidha unke customer care ke number ku call lagake baat karo. Also better to keep a recordig of the technitian

FOr me, LG charged me Rs. 354 per foot of copper pipe and I needed 11 feet, so a total robbery of almost Rs. 4k for copper pipes alone.

Dear Sir, I purchased a split AC from Flipkart recently on April 27 looking from your video and your links, it has been delivered but I having issues with the installation partner.
Installation rates were different and 3 times of the rate given by Panasonic for copper pipes, 3 core and 4 core wires.
Installation partner from balasore behaviour and attitude was unprofessional, rude and didn't align with Panasonic terms and conditions. They said they don't care about what rate or terms are given by Panasonic, but the installation partner's rate and terms will be final, they also asked for advance payment for technician allotment .
They said once advance payment of 3000 is paid then only they will confirm dates for installation and it may take 5- 10 days or even more.
It's very unprofessional and atleast not Panasonic standard I knew.
It’s not Panasonic team but the Flipkart’s Jeeves team that’s creating troubles for you.
