Don't let anyone tell you to stop doing this beautiful thing you are doing. The background music is great, people should not be thinking during these sessions, it's about checking out, letting go and relaxing in the moment. you actually should be thinking in the sense that as she is healing you, things are coming up whether bad or good and new ideas arise from this experience and its good to stay aware the way that tibetan monks stay aware during meditation. other than that youre pretty much right about the music. its not the center of focus. but maybe she should download one or 2 more similar backing tracks to change it up.

Great video. Maybe it's just me, but I think the music is a little too loud. It overpowers your voice. Your voice is so relaxing, I would rather hear you louder with some very low volume music.

Love this channel but the background music track is being used in too many videos. I like background music in ASMR, but not when most of the audio in a new video is a loop I've already memorized.

Yeah I feel like the consistency to the background music can be nice, reliable and comforting, or it can be stale. I do think in compliments her ASMR style very well, and other aspects if her videos have lots of variety

I’m in disagreement with you here, but that’s okay because I think the solution is posting two different versions of the same video, one with and one without the music. I’ve seen other asmr/reiki channels do it and quite like that method.
