Your report is spot on but just a little top up. Yesterday you explained the direct examination or what we normally call the evidence in chief. This is mainly a friendly fire because it is you and your counsel. The cross examination is when the opponents will want to puncture the arguments you have put forth in the direct examination or the evidence in chief. Then the re-examination comes in when after the cross examination, issues come up for clarification. Re- examinations are however not compulsory. Jakpa with his criminal tactics, allowed the NDC and not his lawyer to remote control him, thereby opening himself up to be butchered by the prosecution's cross examination. His grand standing played into the hands of the prosecution! I'm not surprised that his lawyer Thaddeus Sory, declined the re-examination because looking at the way the cross examination went, the re-examination will turn out to be another direct examination which the court will not allow. Any lawyer worth his sort will do same, and no wonder Thaddeus Sory declined. I have always said that between Jakpa, Sammy Gyamfi and NDC, there's the deceiver, and the deceived and the being deceived and one of them will be the fall guy!!! 31st July is judgement day, and we will know, God willing, who is the fall guy. Ay3 huhuuuhu, kaish 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣
good move that he stopped the re-direct!! he was going to open his client up to re-cross examination by the AG! no matter what, in court the AG will get the last word! It's good for his client that he pulled back. He's not a good lawyer because he allowed his client to keep talking at length on yes or no questions which led him to commit a lot of perjury while he was in the witness box.
Interestingly, that Jakpa dude had the effrontery to question the AG's understanding of letters of credit (LC's), and described the AG's work yesterday as "inept understanding of the law". The impudence!! Again he complained about bias from the sitting judge, Justice Afia Serwaa Asare Botwe, and asking the chief justice to change the judge or recuse herself 🤔🤔. This guy has blamed everyone except himself throughout this case - what a joke!!
I saw this news on a twitter handle of an NDC friend last night and I waited for you to confirm since you are one of the most credible presenters on the youtube space. Greetings from Bronx NY
No good man will ever associate himself with a criminal like Jakpa. Jakpa is a career criminal which Ato Forson thinks Jakpa can use his backdoor connection to make him Ato Forson rich and look at what is coming up.
The best Athoney general ever❤

Dman= dangerous business man
Is there any good man in NDC if I may ask?
