Leyland Petrol Tanker ‐ Matchbox - Diecast Restore & Rebuild

Model Leyland Petrol Tanker produkowany był przez Matchbox w latach 1968 - 1972. Moje egzemplarze mają „regular wheels”, więc pochodzą z początku produkcji.
Oba modele kupiłem przez internet. Tak naprawdę, drugi - ten kompletny, kupiłem, żeby mieć wzór cysterny.
Postanowiłem, że model kompletny spróbuję przywrócić do oryginału, czyli zrobię go w barwach BP. Drugi dostanie barwy ARAL.

Had some fun casting the lost tanker. You have to be careful because the polyurethane resin stains your clothes 😉 Regards 🙂

Personally I prefer the trucks? And thats because we can make them bespoke and different, not just in colour but with the decals, not just matchbox decals but swap and change decals with different manufacturers.
Naturally I restore to origional specification but I also code 3 my truck builds It's possible to build one offs, then that matchbox casting belongs in a very rare club.

You're right. Trucks offer greater possibilities for renovation. When renovating the Leyland Petrol Tanker, I thought about other companies selling gasoline. If I ever have a third model, I will make it in the specification I made up.

Bardzo dobra praca. świetnie poradziłeś sobie z przednim zderzakiem. forma do robienia cysterny również mi się bardzo podobała . jeśli mogę ci tylko coś doradzić to zawsze poczekaj chwilę aż żywica zacznie lekko tężeć i dopiero wtedy złóż obie formy. prawdopodobieństwo wystąpienia pęcherzy powietrznych będzie dużo mniejsze. czekam na następne filmy
