CBN is Chief Minister of the entire state, not Rushikonda Beach alone. Previous CM, Jagan Reddy demolished APTDC facilities at Rushikonda, desecrated a landmark hill and turned the entire area into a construction site for the last 3 years. He spent 430 crores of peoples money to build his wife a palace. The structures stand vacant as they were designed and built for that specific purpose and not suitable for any other use. No private players are keen to take over the buildings as the expense to re-purpose them is too steep. Government cannot use them for official purpose as it is not suitable and will not recover the cost of construction spent by Jagan Reddy. You don't seem bothered by any of this, but find fault with CBN. I guess you are one of the people responsible for voting Reddy to power. This mess is on you.
One of the neglected sectors by Jagan government is this tourism sector. In the name of development shaved Rishi Konda and wasted public money . Let CBN develop again just wait and see
