Hi nespresso, so this video tells me to clean the steam wand once a month, and the machine says, clean it daily... which do you reccomend?

Will my Creatista Pro tell me WHEN to descale based on the water hardness I have set (like the creatista plus does)???

Thanks for your query, Paul. The Creatista Pro will indeed advise you when it expects a descale is required, and that will vary upon the set water hardness.

Hello, I bought creatista pro last month, but it already wants me to do descaling. I have been making only one coffee per day. I think it shouldn’t request me to do descaling yet. I was going to call Nespresso customer service but I can’t find the number. Should I bring to Nespresso store? I ordered the machine in official Nespresso online.
