  • Highlights from 2nd Judicial Circuit Public Defender Desirée Goodfellow cross examination of Tallahassee Police Officer Kiersten Oliver in cross-examination in Day 1 of State of Florida vs. Calvin Riley Sr. Jump cuts added to remove objections and delays between questions but otherwise presented chronologically.
The full day one trial video can be viewed here:

We’re going to try to identify all other incidents where Oliver may have planted evidence in other DUI and drug arrests. The city charges around $30-$75 per arrest to obtain body camera records, if you’re able to, you can contribute to that fund here:
    ourtallahassee...
Riley now has a GoFundMe, you can contribute to directly help Riley to compensate him for the financial hardships he has endured from this saga at:

She was pretty bad. Especially near the end when she was questioning the officer about turning her bodycam off at the end. Like.. yeah. No the judge is doing his job cause this man did admitted to drinking at pockets that night and having multiple drinks. He wasn't charged with an open container so the cop opening it has nothing to do with this cause he's charged with DUI which he did do. So the judge is letting it all play out and be in the peoples hands. I still think he's guilty of DUI and I think the cop was wrong for opening a bottle but that doesn't change the facts he was pulled over driving with no lights on at night on a suspended license reason why he was pulled over. Then he admitted to drinking that night so I see 3 crimes this man did that night.
