It's like when on KUWTK, Kendall and Kylie had their makeup artist do prosthetics and shit on them so they could live a normal life for a day, without anyone recognizing them. And I swear, I could've made them less recognizable with JUST makeup and a wig, than their makeup artist did with prosthetics. He made them into like old ladies, which was weird to start bc they both have bodies that clearly belong to young people, but ok. And made it look like OBVIOUS costumes. So when you see someone in a costume, naturally your next instinct is to try and see WHY they're wearing a costume (Like - Is this person just a weirdo, or about to hold up the place??) and who they are.... so they actually drew MORE attention to themselves loll. If they'd just put on wigs with NORMAL hair that looked nothing like their signature dark hair, maybe made their noses bigger or crooked or whatever... but not like comically big, like what a real person who wasn't especially attractive may have.... and then just did their makeup to make them look totally different than usual but, again, making it look like makeup people would actually wear. I bring them up bc it was a similar thing. They did it to Miley too. They had her interview people about what they thought about her (shortly after the VMAs, when she was first releasing "Bangerz" and everyone was like WTF??!) and all they did was put an unrealistic curly blonde wig on her, and a big, loose female business suit that NO ONE, except a stuffy female politician, would wear to interview people on TV. Plus, her face was unchanged. Anyway, I'll shutup, but this costume is right on par with the others. It simply looks like a costume. Like, if I got in that elevator, first thing I'd think is, "I wonder why that guy's wearing that ugly blonde wig?". He's not AS recognizable to the average person as the Kardashians or Miley (don't freak out - he's very famous, I just mean that to people who aren't into 1d, or who don't follow pop music, they may not recognize him without the other 1d guys standing with him). IDK, this is something that's always been sooooow weird to me. Like, you're a professional makeup artist and you make the person look like a cartoon character... dressed in clothes no one would ever wear, with hair no one but a homeless mentally ill person would have, and minimally changing their face at all, OR completely changing it, but again, making them look like a person in a costume, instead of a person with a bigger nose (or whatever). So bizarre. It's almost like they're not really trying to fool people and the whole thing is staged!

It's where he surprised us with his first performance of Bedroom Floor as well, so it made it even more amazing. I can't wait to see him tour, and then hopefully see the other three, too. But when 1D come back, I'll definitely be at their concerts!
