I tried Fallout 76 again on PC, I orginally played it on a PS4 Pro I recommend messing with ini config file to apply FXAA instead of the default TAA, its preference but the current antialiasing technique makes the game really blurry For performance its best to run on medium settings with shadows set to low, people have researched that the high/ultra values bog down the engine and cause the game to have fps spikes frequently Hopefully this helps anyone :D
If you see your season rank 1/1 in the main menu go into the scoreboard before loading into a server it'll fix the constant season rank up bug. It's been in every season so far...

The Assaultrons are fighting each other because you probably broke their combat inhibitors. It happens with every robot and I use it all the time to confuse the hordes of robots in the Silos into fighting each other.
