@@FlatEarthKiller Sure, as long as you accept the limitations. Just to go there isn't an option. Booking a organized tour at a travel agency (like Koryo Tours in China) is compulsory and during the tour there's zero liberty to deviate from the program and choose your own destinations. In addition, you shouldn't have any problems with the fact you're under surveillance 24 hours a day, but accept this as part of the experience.
