[vleague 2016-2017] Hyundai vs Heungkuk Life (2016.11.20)
In this match Yang coach changed Lee Dayeong position to the right attacker after the first technical time out in the second set. She replace Hwang yeonju who was not at her best.
I really enjoyed this match because I could see Lee Dayeong playing as s spiker, even though in the end his team had to lose to Heungkuk Life, but its okay.
This match is one of Lee Dayeong's match that I can't forget, and thank you very much to Yang coach who has given the fans the opportunity to see Dayeong become a spiker wkwkwk.

lee dayoung is a good spiker actually but her finishing of the hit is not very clean which could lead to injury. That's why she's better a setter. But as setter that can spike is such a gold in the team as the setter usually the brain of the game

Btw, did anyone know why she’s playing as right in this match after she appointed as main setter at set 1? I watch the game before but I don’t understand Korean so I don’t know why the coach put her as right position
She replaced Hwang Yeonju who was not at her best at the time
The coach must know Lee Dayeong's abilities so maybe the coach is trying to break the deadlock from the right side
Besides that Lee Dayeong has good blocking and defense skills so that might also be a consideration for the coach at that time
I don't know the real reason but this is just my opinion after seeing the first set
Hyundai defense at that time was very weak while the opposing team's defense was very good
Hyundai lost that match because they often made their own mistakes in the first and second sets, besides that the opposing team's defense was so good that it was difficult for Hyundai to score points
@@LeeDayeongID yes I thought of that too because dayeong can defence well. She’s quick to catch the ball. But I’m like, don’t they have other back up right player for them to use dayeong 😅 anyway it’s good to see dayeong trying other position.
for left handed person, ldy more comfortable spike in right position..She's not originally left handed but her mom teach her to use left hand in playing vb. from serve to hit, she use left hand. I think that why the coach put her in right position replacing han younjoo
yes .. she once said that she actually used his right hand during an interview on news1tv, her mother changed it since elementary school, but only in volleyball, when playing other sports she used the right hand

프로 데뷔하기 전에도 세터였던거로 알고 있는데 잠깐 라이트로 전향했었나요???
전향은 아니고 세터는 염혜선 선수가 맡고 있어서 이다영 선수의 스파이크 실력이 나쁘지 않아서 라이트로 사용한게 아닐까요? 별명이 괜히 세파이커겠어요.ㅎㅎ
저때 감독이 이다영 라이트로 전환시킬려고 훈련했었는데 저 한경기만 라이트로 뛰었어요

but from several video interviews that I watched, Dayeong really respects Kim Yeonkoung, because she is a legendary volleyball player from Korea and Dayeong is very happy to be able to play as a team with Kim Yeonkoung
