I think this is quite a complex issue that we can’t easily deal with. For example some women never become the same after being raped and end up divorcing. I'm a defence candidate attorney working in Magistrate criminal courts and there are sooooo many TECHNICAL REASONS why the state withdraws cases and the least of them is because an Accused is found to be innocent.
