Why you advocating very expensive project.
Why not people invest in a small scale and get more profits instead of this very higher price project.
I don't know why our housing sector is very greedy it's very high price project and many year will not grow as much as DHA Lahore.

Asalam o alaikum, I think you haven't watched the whole video before commenting. As I clearly mentioned in the video that this is not for investment purpose, it's for those people who can't afford plots at full prices but can pay in installments. It's for end user not for investor.

Sir with due respect why you are recommending end user to a very expensive investment.
As an expert advise them any good and economical type of product.
But here you always start selling anything with strong attachment of these housing societies.
Make yourself a different realtor who cares his followers and customers.
