It's quite laughable every time people cite Liberia and Sierra Leone as where Nigerian military performed wonders.
Peace keeping mission in these two countries were carried out by ECOWAS. Which have contributions of more than 8 countries as at that time. Which Nigeria contributed more than 60%, but it was not done by Nigeria alone. And each of these two countries doesn't have up to 40 million population as at the time of their crisis. Go to small Chad and test the strength of Nigerian military.
Why is Sim Fubara appointing caretaker chairmen is becoming different from other governors in Nigeria. Rochas Okorocha had local government caretaker chairmen for 7.5 years out of his 8 years as a governor in Imo state.

This man is sound,l agree with his position on state police.The judiciary must be separated from the civil servant,be an independent body.l have always wondered why the president appoints CJN, lnec and Efcc chairmen in Nigeria?Doesn't make sense! Surely the judges, lnec and efcc chair will be obliged to favour the person that appoints them and has the power to remove them.That is elementary science,obviously not in Nigeria.The state governors and president should not be able to intervene in the affairs of the judiciary,lnec or efcc for democracy to truly work in Nigeria.There should be an independent body or NASS that sees to their appointments.
