Favourite analysis as of yet the tension of Jungkook is so clear to me that extends from a pain or a sense of disappointing himself because of his timidness or apprehension. His body always responds to being as close to Jimin as possible and oftentimes he will act spontaneously and touch him in an intimate way or stare at him for long periods of time and then immediately catching himself pulls away. It breaks my heart because in a sense he's protecting them but you can see how much it pains him because what it means is that they can be that way with other members openly but they can't with each other as much because it exposes a more intimate a relationship.
Makes me think of when Jimin was holding himself back while he was waking JK on Bon Voyage 3. A few times in that scene he seemed to restrict his actions/positioning on the bed, especially when he got closer to JK- seemed like he almost wanted to lay next to or touch him but stopped halfway on the way to do so
That is actually the thought I had, that JM was holding back and guiding JK a bit because JK was just waking up. I felt that when JM sat on the bed and JK rolled away from him it was like he was waiting for JM to be the "big spoon" in a cuddling position.

Yeah he was definitely conscious of the camera at that time. Interestingly, Jimin had no worries at all when he cuddled a bit w/ Hobi in another episode (most likely because it was platonic) or that other time when he cuddled w/ Taehyung in the comic book store for their comeback show

A lot of people tend to misunderstand, overreact or even verbally abuse one of the boys because they simply can't accept the fact that both Jimin and Jungkook have different personalities. Of course jk is shy, and some obvious touchy/flirty gestures from jimin might make him feel "uncomfortable" mainly because of him being shy but I m pretty sure his shyness doesn t interfere when these same situations happen behind closed door. Nowadays I feel like, his behaviour is his clumsy way to protect "jikook", he can t control his eyes, the way he looks at jimin, so he poorly tries to control his body but it feels like his only way he can control it is to keep some distance because in fact he can t control himself if he get to close. Safety distance. Not to far from jimin or he feels insecure, not to close or he could not stop himself and would be too obvious (imagine if his body would speak as loud as his eyes do, he wouldtake jimin right on the spot). Jk's behavior is obviously changing since he has more initiative steps toward Jimin and he needs to keep committed and just dont get shy anymore but i think being shy is his way to tell himself that they r in public so he needs to stop ! May I do a request? You touched a bit on a subject that interests me a whole lot which is how JK reacts to JM vs the other members when faced with the exact same situation, meaning that we will more likely get different reactions to a simple hug when it comes from JM vs what we would get if the hug comes from Tae or JH. I´m interested on this topic NOT to encourage fan/ship wars (which I never engage in) but because to me it further cements the fact that JM affects JK in a totally different way than the rest of the member. I actually would like to know too. I only watch jikook videos, never watch any other ship videos, and to me jk only look/act the way he does only to Jimin (according to vlive, awards shows, BV, run bts...) but then I wonder how other jk related ship can have interesting contents to "feed" their shippers... and I m like, Am I blind? Does my brain only see jikook moments during the live, and I unconsciously turn blind to jk flirty moments with others... then I m like, should I watch a couple of this other ship video? But I can t, it would be like cheating on jimin or something. Then I saw under a pic of jikook on jikook insta profile, that these other shippers was saying that it was tae and jk not jimin, which it s easy to verify with the fancams and hair color... of course it is jikook! I'm so glad you are back! I reached the same conclusions as you. Jk is very self-aware as an introvert he thinks things over so I believe he knows he can act impulsively, he knows the consequences, but despite of that he doesn't want to reject him, he still wants the interactions. His behaviour has nothing to do with his feelings towards Jimin, it's not even about him. He's in a constant internal war to find a way to act in public. Which I believe is really tiring and frustrating for him. He's never relaxed. But somehow being close to Jimin soothes him. So it's an impossible situation that will always lead him to this dissonant behaviour. Like a serpent eating its tail. So here's my own analysis. After MMA which was Jk's peak his behaviour changed drastically. In addition to possible private matters that are none of our business, I believe someone told him something about his behaviour that day (could be staff, could be members) bcs this moment made a lot more noise than usual (or he saw himself, which is also possible). As he was already very conscious of the way he acted and the implications (yet he must have felt good doing it) if someone told him something or if he scolded himself for it the immediate and most probable answer from him would be to be even more closed off and wary of the interactions than usual, as we could observe right after MMA until the end of january (even if I don't think it's the only reason, it's probably one of many things we know nothing about). But anyway if he is indeed (as I believe) in a romantic relationship with Jimin, already self-aware of everything, honestly it must be hard and the end of last year we could see that it was a bit harder on him than usual. So from what we can observe this situation does affect him in some level (not saying it's bad or anything but there's some weight to it). And as their whole situation won't change anytime soon, jk acting this way will probably keep going for as long as they are still together. Which to me (in my personal opinion only) isn't so viable in a long term as it is (except if behind close doors the depth of their relationship compensate a lot the pressure it's putting on him, which is probably actually the case still to this day otherwise we would notice an even more drastic change from both sides). The only way I see Jk being less worried in the future would be for him to find confidence within himself and not rely so much on Jimin anymore. It doesn't mean they would be less close but it would already relieve some of Jk's tension. BUT! I feel he's already going there slowly (being more open with us, trying to show his personality..) so I believe however they're gonna act next comeback it's all good and it's foreshadowing a new chapter in their relationship (as we can percieve it at least). I think it's very positive for Jungkook. And as we know everytime they spend a lot of time together he is extra enthusiastic with Jimin so it will be fun! I hope you'll do an other analysis then :) Thank you so much
totally agree with your post. but you know what else happened around that time which people forget about? Entertainment Tonight posted a Jikook selca and about 400 some armys posted shippy moments under it. That's exactly around that time. I noticed two days after at Mama Hong Kong it completely changed. mama Japan jikook were being touchy and then two days later in mama hong kong there was barely any interaction. I think the staff, RM, or even jk himself reailzed they need to be more careful. but i think sometimes JK just can't help himself in public when it comes to jimin lol. who can blame him haha. but i think things are getting better again. probably helps that TXT is in the picture. takes some attention away from them lol. hopefully, jk gets to a place where he feels safe. that's all i care about. i know jimin makes him feel safe in public that's part of the reason jk clings to him in public events. i mean it makes sense the boy was so young when he debuted.

I agree with you all. I don't think they'll end their relationship ever, it's too special. It will only probably evolve towards a more deep and relaxed stage as any long term relationship does. The only way it could end is if they get caught up in the pressure and fail to analyze what they need to work on themselves to keep it up in a more balanced way. But if even us can see it they probably can too so I'm not worried I trust them to have each other's back! We'll be there jikookers to support them anyway 💜

como eu senti saudade! cara, já estava necessitando de tirar algumas dúvidas que perturbavam minha mente. mana, não importa qual seja a temática do vídeo a ser abordada, eu sempre irei fazer das suas palavras as minhas. em relação a jikook, todo mundo coloca em pauta a personalidade do jungkook para ser analisada. de fato, a timidez dele pode ser vista como um "problema" na relação deles perante a maior parte das pessoas, mas pra mim, é uma peça chave que destranca muitas ideias. o fato dele ser tímido, nos faz analisar melhor a situação. a dúvida que mais ronda pela cabeça do povo é: ele é tímido, mas mesmo assim, quando quer, interage livremente com os demais, então por quê com o jimin ele parece recuar? é tão simples responder isso, gente, e o exemplo está no vídeo. se o jungkook reage de um jeito diferente em relação às provocações do jimin, é porque de alguma forma elas o afetam. me entristece ver que ainda existem pessoas que o julgam, dizendo que ele repele o jimin por não gostar dele e tudo mais. basta analisar o comportamento dele e o contexto das cenas. jungkook já provou de muitas formas que ele ama muito o jimin, então não tem cabimento pensar que ele sente algo negativo por ele ou que ele apenas o "atura". deve ser por isso que eu sou supporter deles, cara, pois eles não são apenas um shipp, a relação que ambos têm é complexa demais para pensar que a "amizade" não excede a algo mais. felizmente jikooka 💞 cara, não importa, eu me sinto tão bem quando recebo notificação dessa conta linda. é bom demais! esse vídeo preencheu meu coração com tanta quentura, eu me sinto até revigorada por saber que há uma pessoa que possui a mesma linha de pensamento que a minha.
I completely agree with this- there was a scene from the award show where jk had the red suit where he’s rubbing Jimin’s arm (possibly in response to Suga having his hand on his shoulder). It’s a lot like that scene in the American interview where he reacts to Jhope having his hand on his shoulder by putting his arm over him- but this time Jimin seems to notice and support the nerves or insecurities behind the gesture- reassuring him by facing and touching him and JK seems almost ashamed of his attitude, bowing his head like an apologetic child.
Ah yes, Jimin turned, smiled at him then patted his back/butt and he lowered his head lol a lot of people think he’s so hard to read but he’s a rather open book if u just pay close attention
My interpretation of this moment is this: We all know JK struggles to express himself (thoughts/feelings) verbally. He had responded to the award on stage but was being encouraged to speak again now/later. He was struggling to find the words. You can see JM encouraging/nurturing him, trying to create a safe space for him to express himself. RM ultimately gets impatient w JK & takes the mike from him. Immediately u can see stress/anxiety/shame on JK. 😢 THEN he starts rubbing on JM’s arm. I truly think this is a self soothing strategy. He is trying to calm himself. JM of course immediately notices! His body language so clearly shows him trying to tell JK: It’s all good. You did great! THEN u see JK stop rubbing his arm, he stands a little straighter... That lil affirmation from JM was enough to help him get it together. I love this moment so much because it so clearly shows how well JM knows JK!! He knows he needs encouragement to speak. He knows he needs patience when he is speaking. And he knows he needs soothing when he’s spiraling in his own head! Everyone needs someone like this in their lives! ❤️
É errado achar que Jikook é real? Porque eu sou shipper e apesar de amar muito outros shipps a gente no fundo sabe que não é nada além de amizade, mas se você analisa a relação de Jikook é improvável não notar a tensão e a profundidade dos dois, suas atitudes me fazem acreditar 100% que ali tem algo mais que uma relação de "irmãos". Suas análises traduzem bem o que eu vejo sobre eles, como muita das vezes o Jungkook parece se conter com o Jimin, com medo das suas próprias atitudes. Todo o vídeo fiquei lembrando do G.F.C in Saipan onde no refrão "Eu não quero mais mentir, Eu não quero mais esconder..." ele fez questão de focar no Jimin duas vezes. Also did anyone notice that scene at the end of Bon Voyage 3 where V sporadically goes to give Jimin a gift off script and finds him sat in JK’s lap? Both JK and Jimin didn’t seem to know what to do at first, JK definitely glanced nervously at the camera as Jimin tried to play along with V. Its obviously entirely off script so it’s kinda funny to see that’s how we found the two of them when they thought they were off camera.

As vezes eu acho que deve ser ruim/difícil pro jimin, não saber a hora/momento certo de abraçar ou dar carinho no jk, sabendo que a qualquer momento ele (jungkook) pode "rejeitar" o jimin, a maioria das vezes que os jungkook se aproxima de jimin demostrando carinho o jimin sempre retribui, pena que não é a mesma coisa em alguns momentos quando o jimin tenta se aproximar. O jk mudou muito desde 2013 pra agora e o jimin também, quando o jimin fizer alguma coisa que o jungkook não gosta ou não "quer" ele não faz por mal, ele só não sabe o momento certo pra agir. i can't help but agree since I have a very similar personality to JK's. So whenever I saw these interactions with JM and JK where JK retracts, I always cringed. Not because I thought it was rejection on JK's part, but because I know how it feels to be in that type of situation. The tension/the awareness of people watching. For people like us, it really isn't a matter of your romantic partner touching you, it's that unreasonable fear/tension when it's done in public. For me, added to my shyness, I was raised in a strict Asian family while in JK's case there's the obvious reasons, which make it harder and create a "confusing" reaction to bold attitudes. Those moments have always been the reason I found their relationship to be so interesting since most things feel left unsaid and can really only be seen.

Favourite analysis as of yet the tension of Jungkook is so clear to me that extends from a pain or a sense of disappointing himself because of his timidness or apprehension. His body always responds to being as close to Jimin as possible and oftentimes he will act spontaneously and touch him in an intimate way or stare at him for long periods of time and then immediately catching himself pulls away. It breaks my heart because in a sense he's protecting them but you can see how much it pains him because what it means is that they can be that way with other members openly but they can't with each other as much because it exposes a more intimate a relationship.
Makes me think of when Jimin was holding himself back while he was waking JK on Bon Voyage 3. A few times in that scene he seemed to restrict his actions/positioning on the bed, especially when he got closer to JK- seemed like he almost wanted to lay next to or touch him but stopped halfway on the way to do so
That is actually the thought I had, that JM was holding back and guiding JK a bit because JK was just waking up.
I felt that when JM sat on the bed and JK rolled away from him it was like he was waiting for JM to be the "big spoon" in a cuddling position.
he was definitely going to spoon him but realised what he was about to do on camera so stop himself... was so obvious.. plus so many cuts during this scene (just like in every jikook scene)
Yeah he was definitely conscious of the camera at that time. Interestingly, Jimin had no worries at all when he cuddled a bit w/ Hobi in another episode (most likely because it was platonic) or that other time when he cuddled w/ Taehyung in the comic book store for their comeback show

I love the way you analyse Jungkook's behaviour so much! The way you show their relationship and interaction is the closest to me personally. A lot of people tend to misunderstand, overreact or even verbally abuse one of the boys because they simply can't accept the fact that both Jimin and Jungkook have different personalities. Of course jk is shy, and some obvious touchy/flirty gestures from jimin might make him feel "uncomfortable" mainly because of him being shy but I m pretty sure his shyness doesn t interfere when these same situations happen behind closed door. Nowadays I feel like, his behaviour is his clumsy way to protect "jikook", he can t control his eyes, the way he looks at jimin, so he poorly tries to control his body but it feels like his only way he can control it is to keep some distance because in fact he can t control himself if he get to close. Jk's behavior is obviously changing since he has more initiative steps toward Jimin and he needs to keep committed and just dont get shy anymore but i think being shy is his way to tell himself that they r in public so he needs to stop ! You touched a bit on a subject that interests me a whole lot which is how JK reacts to JM vs the other members when faced with the exact same situation, meaning that we will more likely get different reactions to a simple hug when it comes from JM vs what we would get if the hug comes from Tae or JH. I´m interested on this topic NOT to encourage fan/ship wars (which I never engage in) but because to me it further cements the fact that JM affects JK in a totally different way than the rest of the member. I only watch jikook videos, never watch any other ship videos, and to me jk only look/act the way he does only to Jimin (according to vlive, awards shows, BV, run bts...) but then I wonder how other jk related ship can have interesting contents to "feed" their shippers... and I m like, Am I blind? Does my brain only see jikook moments during the live, and I unconsciously turn blind to jk flirty moments with others... then I m like, should I watch a couple of this other ship video? I'm so glad you are back! I reached the same conclusions as you. Jk is very self-aware as an introvert he thinks things over so I believe he knows he can act impulsively, he knows the consequences, but despite of that he doesn't want to reject him, he still wants the interactions. His behaviour has nothing to do with his feelings towards Jimin, it's not even about him. He's in a constant internal war to find a way to act in public. Which I believe is really tiring and frustrating for him. He's never relaxed. But somehow being close to Jimin soothes him. So it's an impossible situation that will always lead him to this dissonant behaviour. Like a serpent eating its tail. So here's my own analysis. After MMA which was Jk's peak his behaviour changed drastically. In addition to possible private matters that are none of our business, I believe someone told him something about his behaviour that day (could be staff, could be members) bcs this moment made a lot more noise than usual (or he saw himself, which is also possible). As he was already very conscious of the way he acted and the implications (yet he must have felt good doing it) if someone told him something or if he scolded himself for it the immediate and most probable answer from him would be to be even more closed off and wary of the interactions than usual, as we could observe right after MMA until the end of january (even if I don't think it's the only reason, it's probably one of many things we know nothing about). But anyway if he is indeed (as I believe) in a romantic relationship with Jimin, already self-aware of everything, honestly it must be hard and the end of last year we could see that it was a bit harder on him than usual. So from what we can observe this situation does affect him in some level (not saying it's bad or anything but there's some weight to it). And as their whole situation won't change anytime soon, jk acting this way will probably keep going for as long as they are still together. Which to me (in my personal opinion only) isn't so viable in a long term as it is (except if behind close doors the depth of their relationship compensate a lot the pressure it's putting on him, which is probably actually the case still to this day otherwise we would notice an even more drastic change from both sides). The only way I see Jk being less worried in the future would be for him to find confidence within himself and not rely so much on Jimin anymore. It doesn't mean they would be less close but it would already relieve some of Jk's tension. BUT! I feel he's already going there slowly (being more open with us, trying to show his personality..) so I believe however they're gonna act next comeback it's all good and it's foreshadowing a new chapter in their relationship (as we can percieve it at least). I think it's very positive for Jungkook. And as we know everytime they spend a lot of time together he is extra enthusiastic with Jimin so it will be fun! I hope you'll do an other analysis then :) Thank you so much
totally agree with your post. but you know what else happened around that time which people forget about? Entertainment Tonight posted a Jikook selca and about 400 some armys posted shippy moments under it. That's exactly around that time. I noticed two days after at Mama Hong Kong it completely changed. mama Japan jikook were being touchy and then two days later in mama hong kong there was barely any interaction. I think the staff, RM, or even jk himself reailzed they need to be more careful. but i think sometimes JK just can't help himself in public when it comes to jimin lol. who can blame him haha. but i think things are getting better again. probably helps that TXT is in the picture. takes some attention away from them lol. hopefully, jk gets to a place where he feels safe. that's all i care about. i know jimin makes him feel safe in public that's part of the reason jk clings to him in public events. i mean it makes sense the boy was so young when he debuted.

I agree with you all. I don't think they'll end their relationship ever, it's too special. It will only probably evolve towards a more deep and relaxed stage as any long term relationship does. The only way it could end is if they get caught up in the pressure and fail to analyze what they need to work on themselves to keep it up in a more balanced way. But if even us can see it they probably can too so I'm not worried I trust them to have each other's back! We'll be there jikookers to support them anyway 💜

I completely agree with this- there was a scene from the award show where jk had the red suit where he’s rubbing Jimin’s arm (possibly in response to Suga having his hand on his shoulder). It’s a lot like that scene in the American interview where he reacts to Jhope having his hand on his shoulder by putting his arm over him- but this time Jimin seems to notice and support the nerves or insecurities behind the gesture- reassuring him by facing and touching him and JK seems almost ashamed of his attitude, bowing his head like an apologetic child.
Ah yes, Jimin turned, smiled at him then patted his back/butt and he lowered his head lol a lot of people think he’s so hard to read but he’s a rather open book if u just pay close attention
My interpretation of this moment is this: We all know JK struggles to express himself (thoughts/feelings) verbally. He had responded to the award on stage but was being encouraged to speak again now/later. He was struggling to find the words. You can see JM encouraging/nurturing him, trying to create a safe space for him to express himself. RM ultimately gets impatient w JK & takes the mike from him. Immediately u can see stress/anxiety/shame on JK. 😢 THEN he starts rubbing on JM’s arm. I truly think this is a self soothing strategy. He is trying to calm himself. JM of course immediately notices! His body language so clearly shows him trying to tell JK: It’s all good. You did great! THEN u see JK stop rubbing his arm, he stands a little straighter... That lil affirmation from JM was enough to help him get it together. I love this moment so much because it so clearly shows how well JM knows JK!! He knows he needs encouragement to speak. He knows he needs patience when he is speaking. And he knows he needs soothing when he’s spiraling in his own head! Everyone needs someone like this in their lives! ❤️

É errado achar que Jikook é real? Porque eu sou shipper e apesar de amar muito outros shipps a gente no fundo sabe que não é nada além de amizade, mas se você analisa a relação de Jikook é improvável não notar a tensão e a profundidade dos dois, suas atitudes me fazem acreditar 100% que ali tem algo mais que uma relação de "irmãos". Suas análises traduzem bem o que eu vejo sobre eles, como muita das vezes o Jungkook parece se conter com o Jimin, com medo das suas próprias atitudes. Todo o vídeo fiquei lembrando do G.F.C in Saipan onde no refrão "Eu não quero mais mentir, Eu não quero mais esconder..." ele fez questão de focar no Jimin duas vezes. Eu acho que deve ser muito difícil para ele conter esse sentimento, porque é óbvio o quanto o Jimin é importante para o Kookie e como se o segue por todos os lados.

Also did anyone notice that scene at the end of Bon Voyage 3 where V sporadically goes to give Jimin a gift off script and finds him sat in JK’s lap? Both JK and Jimin didn’t seem to know what to do at first, JK definitely glanced nervously at the camera as Jimin tried to play along with V. Its obviously entirely off script so it’s kinda funny to see that’s how we found the two of them when they thought they were off camera.
It wasn't kookie's laps but the arm rest of the chair kookie was sitting on.

@@QueenDenike not jk s lap, but they both had their top mostly open, jimin did have his arm around jk, and they were looking surprised to say the least, for sure were caught in their privacy.

Eu acho que Jungkook se retrai um pouco por causa dos toques do Jimin nem é por rejeição, EU ACHO que é mais um jeito dele de controle, de SE controlar.
Porque a vezes - como apareceu aí - que Jungkook faz uma coisa involuntariamente e só percebe depois e fica envergonhado então esse jeito sutil dele de as vezes não devolver um afeto por completo - NO MEU VER - é por controle.
Eu fiquei pensando aqui - COM CERTEZA - que Jungkook deve ser bem mais carinhoso longe das câmeras, deve devolver todos os afetos que ele ganhou na frente das câmeras. ❤

As vezes eu acho que deve ser ruim/difícil pro jimin, não saber a hora/momento certo de abraçar ou dar carinho no jk, sabendo que a qualquer momento ele (jungkook) pode "rejeitar" o jimin, a maioria das vezes que os jungkook se aproxima de jimin demostrando carinho o jimin sempre retribui, pena que não é a mesma coisa em alguns momentos quando o jimin tenta se aproximar. O jk mudou muito desde 2013 pra agora e o jimin também, quando o jimin fizer alguma coisa que o jungkook não gosta ou não "quer" ele não faz por mal, ele só não sabe o momento certo pra agir. Não estou dizendo que o jungkook é uma pessoa fria (muito pelo contrário é uma pessoa muito fofa e demonstrativa) só estou defendendo a minha teoria.

i can't help but agree since I have a very similar personality to JK's. So whenever I saw these interactions with JM and JK where JK retracts, I always cringed. Not because I thought it was rejection on JK's part, but because I know how it feels to be in that type of situation. The tension/the awareness of people watching. For people like us, it really isn't a matter of your romantic partner touching you, it's that unreasonable fear/tension when it's done in public. For me, added to my shyness, I was raised in a strict Asian family while in JK's case there's the obvious reasons, which make it harder and create a "confusing" reaction to bold attitudes. Those moments have always been the reason I found their relationship to be so interesting since most things feel left unsaid and can really only be seen.
