This a really cute collection, I like Glamlite's eye shadows, brought Glamlite's Icee blue & red palettes so I probably don't need this one but I want it. I love blue eye shadow! That's a pretty blue eye look. Love your earrings too. Nice review.
I wasn't feeling this palette at first sight, but it is growing on me quickly!!
I can’t wait for mine to arrive. I have been using lightly tinted blue tinted gloss over lip liner since the early days of urban decay in the 90s. I have always loved the way that looks. I’m glad they sent this to you. It’s always fun to see what you decide to do with an eyeshadow palette and it’s often in ways I like but I wouldn’t have thought of.
Also your hair looks nice with the black and blue. My hair is naturally black and I’ve had black and blue before and really like that combo. Black and purple too.

I love the blue in your black hair. It have braids right now and they are blue, white, and black. (We ran out of hair so I had to use the burgundy that I did before. So mostly blue, white, and black with a couple random solid black braids and 1 or 2 solid burgundy.

I'm a ginger naturally and I've colored my hair black and blue/black so many times. I've never had to strip it out it just faded away independently and my hair was red again. Every single time and it was supposed to be permanent. I hope you do not have to struggle getting it out. I really love it on you though. Honestly this or the purple are my favorites.
Hmm i did a permanent black color as well, hoping to prevent too much bleeding, we'll see lol. Def hoping i wont have to refresh it too often..
I also have red hair, more like strawberry blonde. Color hair don't stick to mine for a long time as well. The thing with red hair is that it definitely just fade away so we don't have to worry about our hair getting stripped out. I always color my hair like a cocoa brown color and it goes away in like 4 weeks.
Yeah I've never had any color stick. I think it's because the cuticle is so much thicker on red hair. Even when I've bleached my hair for highlights or something it always turns back my natural color somehow and when bleaching that shouldn't be possible. My hair stylist says my hair is magical hahaha.
@@kerriwright4593 lol nice, everyone always jealous of red hair haha. Yeah even my own hair makes their own highlights which is so bizzare, but I love it.
I have some highlights too naturally but it was early 2000 so I wanted them super chunky ones you know. It didn't last but a couple weeks. I've never been able to keep fun colors in more than a day except when I had dreadlocks. I think it was from damaging my hair so much for the dreads then more damage from bleaching. The rainbows stayed in for a few weeks.

First of all loving the hair! 👍 I went chestnut brown once really dark and people thought it was my natural color they all said wow you finally let your natural color grow in and I was like what are you talking about? I have light brown sandy blonde hair. But they all thought that that was my natural color so kind of weird right? Any who this collection I passed on it only because I'm not a super blue person. I love how it looks on other people but just not on myself. It's not one I gravitate I have green eyes and I don't know I just don't think it looks well on me! It is a very cute collection however, perhaps I'll grab it for a giveaway or something on the channel! I love your hair!! Mine was black for years. Right now it’s platinum. But I am thinking about doing pink and platinum for summer. My kids all want me to go back dark, but I am enjoying the platinum. And it was a lot of work to get to platinum.

I'm not sure if you caught this and I missed it but you missed a shade when you swatched them. The last shade in the top row which is a deep orangey brown. This palette is beautiful but I know I won't use the blues because I tend to not wear blue eyeshadow except for any blue and periwinkle. If she launches a coral palette though I am 100% in! I love corals!

Oh my Lord you look amazing! You can pull of any haircolour. The eyelook is breathtaking. I don't love these kind of collabs, like collabs with Noodles, Hello Kitty, Winnie the Poo or Monopoly. I always find it a bit tacky to be honest. This is the first time I feel like the products look very appealing to me, I am surprised by that.

Yes the lipstick did look like it was off/ too light, but on the lip it works
Can you compare this to the j* blue blood, and the other blue palette from glamlite from the hersheys kisses collect, oh and the blue icee palette? Glamlite is my favorite brand and I was buying everything they put out until the ice cream palette. I did get a couple of the happy hour collection, the green, and wine.

It was messy and not perfectly applied and i got black in the blue parts, but whatever lol, im no expert either, so dont listen do me 😂
@@AnnettesMakeupCorner thank you very much Annette, you are way more experienced in hair dye more than me, I’m brunette but I want it black and when I saw the blue I thought that’s exactly how I would like it...so I guess the blue should work even being a brunette without having to bleach, that terrifies me.. I would get a darker blue if ur just gonna dye over ur natural hair, or it wont really show. It could even turn into kind of a muddy green/brown shade depending on ur natural color. Brights def work best on bleached hair
Hi Annette, I'm not sure you'll see my comment, but in case you do, I have a bit of a dumb question. Dumb because I don't think anyone else is interested. However, it's worth a shot. How do you think this colour story compares to Gaga's palette "Stupid love"? It reminds me of that palette. I remember you weren't too impressed with the quality of that one, but in terms of colour schemes, would you be able to compare swatches one day maybe? TY
I think the colors in the glamlite palette are more vibrant and punchy. The house labs palette def has more grounding shades and transition shades and browns where as ur not gonna be able to get anything subtle with the glamlite palette
