- Hey guys! Say hello to the Second part of the 390 Build Project Series. In this part we will be taking apart the complete wiring of the bike along with the radiator assembly, brake lines and some other stuff.
Watch the video till the end to see how we did it along with a few tips and tricks.
This is a complete series where we will be taking the bike apart till the last bolt and will rebuild it again with all the necessary new parts along with a new colour scheme(Hopefully).

Hi can I ask what wiring harness do I need for the ktm duke 390 with driver by wire 🤔 the engine I have has 2 black block bottom left sde connects. 2 green exhaust 1 white radiator

Jeet bhai, R15V3 ABS me KTM RC200 ABS or Duke200 ABS ki steel braided brake lines laga sakte he kya ? Agar nahi to koun si bike ke lageinge ?

Not possible brother.... Even you can make it possible... It will cost you from 40-60k rupees which doesn't make any sense.

I have watched multiple videos on your channel. Subscriber since 1 year. You might forget but we have a lengthy discussion on one of your vlog where you rebuild a NS 200 bs3. Bro how is the difference between this 2 brand when it comes to quality? Though KTM use to come directly through the Bajaj.

Hi Jeet, I am on a ride with my ktm duke 390. And have issues with my battery over heating (extremely hot, fingers will get burnt) no ktm service no knowledgeable mechanic here. Could you diagnose the issue? Self start is not working. I had my battery charged at the local shop but they don't have device to check if my battery is properly charge. After charging the self start is not working. Some noise is there but not starting. Some suggest that the rectifier needs to be replaced. Would be very helpful if you could suggest something
It's either the battery or the rectifier (as per my experience)
@@JeetBhaskar thank you for your quick response. Appreciate your suggestions. I will replace the rectifier and hope my issues will be solved. If not then I will buy a battery later.
@@JeetBhaskar new rectifier part no Bajaj flash JG 40 2000 installed. Original part was Bajaj star JG 40 2003 which was removed. I just hope the output voltage is compatible. I also fitted the new battery today. Started the bike and rode for 10 minutes. Seems ok. Killed the engine and started it. Seems ok now.

First of all that will be a hell lot expensive if you are thinking it will be cheap... Even if that's not a concern to you it will take months for each amd every part to arrive and I don't think any KTM dealership will accept that kind of order for each and every part as there will be a lot of parts which will come in a bundle of 5/10/20/50 and you'll need only 1 piece from that bundle and the dealership will sell you the whole bundle which will be useless for you.... Even if you manage to order and buy all parts and bundles as well the biggest question will be how will you get that bike registered on paper... As the chasis has no chasis number and so do the engine crankcase. If you have answers to these questions then go to a KTM dealership and start the work.

Get an old used bike at a reasonable price... Tear it down... See what's damaged...order the necessary parts... Rebuild it and you'll be good to go. It will be a lot cheaper than a new bike and will be as good as new if you would a good job.
