As a midwife I would advise mothers to go into labour naturally. Allow the foetus to develop properly. Induction should be for overdue babies. Even some go up to 42 weeks in first time mothers. If delivery is taking too long or is difficult for baby or mother then certain herbal teas can come into use. Preferably fresh ones, not in tea bags. Pineapple normally eases pain. First I'm hearing of it bringing on pain though. It helps to relax muscles. ❤❤❤

I wouldn't take castor oil a family friend did that...her baby injested some of the bowel movement it didn't end well. Let nature take it course, I was late. You went through a lot to have this miracle baby...🙏🏾🙏🏾🙏🏾
Yes, this is true. I was told this by my wife to take castor oil. I did it. I still went 42 weeks, and when I went into labor, it was extremely p painful. I felt like something was pulling every time I had a contraction. I was rushed to the hospital. My baby had been swimming in poop for 4 days her cord was wrapped around her neck three times. I had to have a crash C- section. My baby was mecolum stain. My mid wide and I had to really talk to the doctors and nurses. They wanted to take my baby from me because the medical staff felt that I was careless by taking the Castro oil. Thank God I was well known in that area and help people to speak on my behalf. Please be careful taking Castro oil or any of those home remedies. Nowadays, CPS is taking babies away for the smallest things. I would speak with my medical professional first regarding Castro oil and other home remedies before you do this. I had two V- backs, both straight natural births and no kind of natural resources. 3 hours from start to finish in both births, I did great. This is my personal story. If I had to redo this, I wouldn't take anything, just let it take its course
