It's more for "mature" games. Adult only games are a risk for the companies since it is associated mostly with porn games. And all consoles forbid adult only games on their platform.

Nowadays? No such luck. Can't even redeem keys of blocked games bought in other countries. The wishlist bypass no longer works either.
