I would love to make a fabric planner cover but my planner is not the Erin Condren one. How do I take the measurements for my planner? Loved this video!
Great tutorial. I have to make one for a customer. How much did you add to width and length to allow for seam allowances and for the top stitching so the planner will easily fit into the pockets and close properly? My customer's planner measurements are 8.5" x 10.5"

They now have the A5 size coiled planner. Is there any way you could figure out the measurements for the A5 coiled planner. I’d be happy to pay to have some help with that as I don’t wanna try to start doing it and then find out I don’t have the right measurements.

Do you do customize planner cover, I really don’t know anything about sewing and I you came up while I was searching for a new planner cover, I have one that I bought from Walmart years ago but its pilling off already and can’t find one just like it. Please let me know if you are able to customize one for me is as simple like that but with a pen pocket on front with no closure. I could show you the one I currently have. I love those colors and I will love to have one made by you!
@@billettescrafts no worries!! I did try to di it, I have never sew in a machine my whole life, lots of imperfections but I did it. And the funny thing is that I put the pen pocket in the wrong side hahahha. But I will be practicing!! 🥰 I just put it as my profile picture so you could see the colors I used for the outside!
Well, it’s a bit tricky. I opened the planner and measured the length then added 1” for seam allowance. You may add a bit more though to account for the discs. Trial and error, play with the design 👍
Her planner is a little bit smaller than the classic happy planner (she said hers was 7×9... classic pages are 7×9.25... the covers are a little bit bigger) I'd just add a little bit for the discs.

Make your own pattern out of paper. This would ensure a proper fit around the planner.
