I look at this tape almost every night before I go to bed. This is in dedication to my dad who introduced me to the Corps during the halftime of Super Bowl No. ! , I think, when Florida A&M came out from underneath the stands in that fast step snake march. That was the baddest thing on tv for a long time. It still blows my mind that that many band members at Norfolk State can be THAT tight all together. MAN ! ! !
Word to NSU. Makes an older cat feel good to see it goin down. Got to rep the Drum Line (88-92) of Thee Coldest band in the Southwest-My Alma Mata, Langston University! Keep it poppin. Mr. B-Nax '06
man them snares stick height stay constant down the whole line, super clean!!! and they say HBCU bands cant switch to DCI STYLE when needed. Clean and Phunky at the same time
C'mon SWAC, Grambling, Southern, Jackson State, Alcorn, Mississippi Valley, Prairie View, Texas Southern, Arkansas Pine Bluff, Bama State, Bama A&M...........this is a post halftime show, get on board, especially my Grambling Tigers
@cmoneygrande , I'm a aggie ,, but I love to see the high knee lift, and folk playin a instrument, and having fun,,, not ta mention the ladies,,,, but dats candy,,, so lovly,,
I love this tunnel! just wish hot ice would do more! All the other dancelines look so cute coming thru their tunnels but hot ice is blahhhh! you gotta work it when it's your time to shine ladies...
6:02....I detect a little JSU influence. Part of the cadence "Series"....however, if I'm not mistaken, that's no coincidence. Your current instructor, William Bethea, was the instructor at JSU prior to his arrival to NSU. Hence, I'm sure that there are some of his "signature" licks that he takes wherever he goes. I remember auditioning for him when I was going to college. He told me that I'd probably be on the bass line if I went there. Cool guy. :-)
never never never take this video down! Brothers gettin it...Love it!
HANDS DOWN THE BADDEST TUNNEL IN BAND HISTORY!!! NO BAND AND I MEAN NO BAND CAN TOUCH THIS TUNNEL!!! NSU, I LOVE YA!!!!!!

Those weren't the drum majors. That was the Spartan Guard (male color guard). The DMs were the last two dressed in white.

Alabama A&M must be the Black verison of the University of Alabama.
#11 ?? Llss'
Who is this?
This Tunnel Fye... the Best I've Seen Yet; BUT The Uniforms Is the Worst I've Seen Yet! The Hats Gotta Go!
As much as I don't like either school, I must say that's a knock on the University of Alabama Million Dollar Band. At least the CAN PLAY....
Better than a BCU Tunnel
y are they drum majors holding flags instead of canes?
ummm this drum line looks familiar @ 1:00 hummm i wonder... VSU
