In all honesty I enjoy these regular live trading videos. They take us through your thought process for each trade you take and I really learn a lot. Theres no video that's repetitive, I learn something on each one.

I think the main thing you need to do and taht most traders struggle with is psychology during placing trades and letting them run, taking % on the way, and let it hit full TP OR SL. I guess what im trying time day is that we need more live trade analysis videos from you in full breakdown 🙌🏽

So easy to make a video when’s you looking at a replay but when it’s live it’s totally different of course you just had perfect entry and everything you said went as planned to the tea Bc of course you seen the replay already
i gave up trading break and retesting and concentrated on devloping and trading a stratergy that profits from the randomness of the market not predicting direction but this video explains why i was failing in consistancy relying on candlestick patterns for break and retest VERY GOOD VIDEO

Just one query: would you not argue that your entry was a little late or do you think that price has to properly establish itself as being in an uptrend on the lower time frames before entering? I do understand not immediately buying at the break of that trend line because it came back below and stalled forming a new trend line, but there was a lot of space from there to your entry. By far one of THE BEST trading videos I've seen. Ive been trying to figure out what works forna very long time now and this just hit the nail on the head. I have one question though cause I tend to use 1 and 5 minute charts. Should i just avoid them overall? What about stop loss placement?
1 and 5 min charts are more used for scalping. He's teaching intraday trading. If you're trying to scalp then I would suggest looking up forex scalping on youtube.
Forex trading strategy works really when traders follows the rules. But just like anyone else, one particular strategy may not always be a one-size-fits for all approach

11:39 you take the trade at a high enough level to call it a 15M push phase. Also there`s no clear stop loss level, you just know it won`t touch yours as you saw that before making the video. Tell me if i`m wrong and where. Otherwise loads of things make sense.

The majority of new traders approach Forex with a gambling mindset. They win or lose by a throw of the dice. Forex trading is all about eliminating the losing trades and achieving more winning ones.
You bought at the top of a move that could have quite easily turned into a double top. I would have expected to see more resistance at this level and a slight pullback and given that your stop was minimal I'm surprised you were not stopped out.
He clearly went in replay mode and new were to place the buy knowing it was going up after seeing it in replay, anyone can make these videos when you know where market has been
The simple thing he showed was that it pays more to trade in line with an established trend compared to trying to get in at the beginning. Granted it is replay mode but recur that his confidence stems from the fact that the higher time frame (H4) was bullish
He seems to have waited to take the trade till the price reached the previous high-high top which is the new resistance that price needs to break. He was confident that price will break through it and rally above because of the overall uptrend.
Great video as always, but I would also like to understand why wait for it rise so much above the trend line in the final example. It breaks out of the downward trend and above the key level, comes back in and then out. Why not take a position then, around 135.9? I always thought the mantra was not to take a position in the push phase, which this seems to be in by the time the position is taken. Any insight or suggestions would be welcome! Thx
this is the best video for price action. I watch various indicators and use them but none of them satisfy me as a day trader. I have one critique, please don't take it as a hate. I like your analysis and technique but wouldn't it make sense to wait for a retest for an entry than jumping on a big momentum shift midway? Because since momentum shift has happened, it has high chances of doing a pullback before it continues further so that entry you took can be stopped out as well. Yes I know it worked in this particular example but to me, the ideal entry would be when it broke the trendline and closed above the horizontal line too
I have thought on the same thing and i love the idea of a stop order than limit as it works when there is a mumentum. And i aggree if u are trading on a htf bias that would have worked

1 and 5 min charts are more used for scalping. He's teaching intraday trading. If you're trying to scalp then I would suggest looking up forex scalping on youtube.

I think he must have waited for the break out from the previous high.
Primarily he saw the wick rejections for entry and also the exhaustiin looks very close or small.

The problem with beginner mistakes is they approach their trading with a cavalier attitude and little to no education.
Forex trading involves too much risk. I tried it and it just didn’t work out.

You bought at the top of a move that could have quite easily turned into a double top. I would have expected to see more resistance at this level and a slight pullback and given that your stop was minimal I'm surprised you were not stopped out.
He clearly went in replay mode and new were to place the buy knowing it was going up after seeing it in replay, anyone can make these videos when you know where market has been
The simple thing he showed was that it pays more to trade in line with an established trend compared to trying to get in at the beginning. Granted it is replay mode but recur that his confidence stems from the fact that the higher time frame (H4) was bullish
He seems to have waited to take the trade till the price reached the previous high-high top which is the new resistance that price needs to break. He was confident that price will break through it and rally above because of the overall uptrend.
Great video as always, but I would also like to understand why wait for it rise so much above the trend line in the final example. It breaks out of the downward trend and above the key level, comes back in and then out. Why not take a position then, around 135.9? I always thought the mantra was not to take a position in the push phase, which this seems to be in by the time the position is taken. Any insight or suggestions would be welcome! Thx

I have one critique, please don't take it as a hate. I like your analysis and technique but wouldn't it make sense to wait for a retest for an entry than jumping on a big momentum shift midway? Because since momentum shift has happened, it has high chances of doing a pullback before it continues further so that entry you took can be stopped out as well. Yes I know it worked in this particular example but to me, the ideal entry would be when it broke the trendline and closed above the horizontal line too
Don't always wait for a retest.. Sometimes the market will leave without you

I have thought on the same thing and i love the idea of a stop order than limit as it works when there is a mumentum. And i aggree if u are trading on a htf bias that would have worked
