The sentinel XS although slow is still on the coupe class so it might actually be considered fast for it's competition
yeah but... only that. This is a joke. They only introduced HAO so they don't have to deal with making bodykits and liveries like they did for Benny's, these performance upgrades could easily be cancelled out by a Benny's version Sentinel XS that's just stronger. This pisses me off
Sentinel is a lot faster w low grips
it’s great for new players cause it’s like 60k for the car then you can just use the free upgrade and then you unlock all the mods without having to level up and it’s dumb fast

Just so every knows, you cannot repeat this stuff on your second character like you have be able to since the beginning. I switched to my second character and it said the Hao's was already open and he sends you a text that he has a free car for you BUT the car is NOT free. Oh yeah, everything that was broken in the game on last gen is still broken on new gen.

I used the sentinel but I didn’t have any other car to use the upgrade on and I didn’t feel like grinding missions
When it says “the first upgrade is free” does that mean literally like if you buy the performance upgrade for the brakes like that’s it you have to pay for everything else? Or do they mean like how you pay $700,000 to upgrade the elegy to the elegy retro custom and it changes the whole car? I’m confused
It’s a full kit for speed upgrade not individual items

You're not missing anything from the Spring DLC locked behind PS5/XSX. That's what this is, nothing was added, just cars. Rockstar is trapped in 2013 and isn't moving with the times like other games. The game is trash.

So this does not work anymore, the ls car meet is unlocked by default now, but i cannot for the life of me get a car with the hws upgrades. I tried the banshee and the sentinel xs both wont allow me to upgrade to HWS or even show the upgrades...

I'd wait for car reviews. If you end up buying a car just because it looks good but has too much oversteer or horrible traction, chances are you'll either be selling it to make space or it'll be collecting dust in your garage from the driving experience being bad.

The Banshee is the most expensive to convert at over $1.8M. So if you're planning to do them all at some point, that's the obvious choice for your free one.

I did the time trial, but now I can't upgrade any cars to HSW?? I tried it in the public car meet, I tried it in a takeover, I have the membership and all the correct cars but the laptop has no option for HSW. Anyone else had this?
i think it's because you are trying to modify the wrong car because only a couple of veichles like the karin s95 can be modified with an hsw upgrade

2:30 I have found this to not be the case. My s95 that was free upgrade to HSW does not need nor benefit from having engine level 5 or whatever applied. The HSW upgrades are all that’s needed.
I noticed that about NY s95 as well, when I try to apply it the stats go down

No. The hsw conversion is one of the first few customization options that allows you to pick hsw performance options from then on.

The reason PC players don't get to transfer is because of modded accounts so blame the modders not rockstar.
