We all have a God-shaped void, that we try to fill with counterfeits that only Jesus Christ can fill.. he wants a relationship and fellowship with us. Back in 2017, a woman came to me and taught me a certain meditation, and she insisted that I practice this meditation every day. Well, I didn't know why at the time, but I wanted to please her, so I agreed to do it. A year later, in 2018, I had what I can only guess was a Kundalini experience. It wasn't like those I read about online, where people go crazy and get suicidal. Instead, I felt vibrations flowing through my body. They were, at first, earthquake-level vibrations, very potent, visceral, undeniable. And yet, people could touch my body and not feel them. Was it all in my head? I don't think so. We have more than one body, I think. And the funny thing about this: Whenever I get very emotional about something, the vibrations kick off on an obscene level. Emotions come from the soul, I think. Or, so I thought. So... this is interesting. I'll have to think about it.

The most important thing is that you can be as comfortable as possible, because the more you relax and forget your physical body, the better. Turn on some white noise if it a helps. A fan, some waterfall or rain noises, or whatever you are comfortable with. I personally cannot meditate well if someone is talking in the background. Close your eyes and relax as much as possible. You may not be able to relax completely at first, but that's fine. You can think of a pleasant scene if you want. I personally have trouble with that, so I don't think it matters. Make a request--either verbally (whispered or spoken) or internally in your mind: "I ask the guardians/protectors/custodians of the Kundalini-Reiki energy for permission to connect to the Kundalini-Reiki energy in order to cleanse, balance, and heal all of my chakras and my soul." Imagine a beam of multi-colored energy coming from space, down onto your head and through your centerline (down your spine). In her own words: "No thoughts, no desires, no emotions." The hardest part of meditation is to stop thinking. But even if you can't manage it, don't worry. It still works. ----- Important to remember this: If anyone decides to do this, it's important to do this every day. There are, apparently, forces here that continue to "push down" on everyone, disconnecting them from their true selves. The meditation counters this, reverses it, but doesn't stop the continuous attempts at reversal. You kind of have to be as stubborn and relentless. Missing a day won't reset you back to zero, but it will slow you down. In the beginning she would get annoyed at me because I would do it for a week, get off track, fall out of the habit. Eventually I had to chose to commit. That's the only way you will get there. So it's kind of like the whole Yoda thing, "Do, or do not," etc.
