Our trip wasn't focused on wildlife. We were lucky enough to see monkeys and birds in the forest on a hike. Our guide also stopped somewhere for us to see a sloth. In addition, we did snorkeling and saw bioluminescence. If it is important to you, I would choose a different trip with a guarantee you will see wildlife as opposed to luck.
@@mokaa8158 Go in with an open mind and definitely budget accordingly. All meals and activities are extra. If you want to do water rafting, book it in advance. We only had 1 day in La Fortuna so prioritize what you want to do most. You will have a great time!
Im about to book this for December 2024 ! Any advice on how to keep valuables safe such as passport and cash when traveling and surfing etc. Also how much cash did you bring if you dont mind my asking !
@@jessephillips868 Hi! I would budget an extra $1000 for food and activities. Some activities can be a couple hundred of dollars. Most places take credit card, but it is good to have some cash in both US and Colons. I left my passport and valuables locked in my suitcase in the hotels and had photos of my docs on the phone. On the beaches, we always had someone in the group staying back watching everyone's stuff. Hope this helps!
Hi! I did the same trip, so much fun. Loved your video :-)
Looking at the same trip, thanks for the video. Did you see much Wildlife? Seems like the other tours have more of a focus on that.
