so tell poachers if they're going to poach, not to use metal wire, but rather use nylon or some other string/rope that the intended prey cant get thru with their molars, but an AWD can chew thru with their teeth. I believe this could help drastically.

That collar is way too insufficient, low numbered, and costly. Whereas the nylon rope is cheap and readily available. Dont try to make it a bit easier to survive a snare, but rather try to change the problem at the root being the snare material itself. And yes, the AWDs are only species to literally share and regurgitate up meat for others, they fail to realize or point out that the pups don't. the pups are selfish and compete for food, but without actual fighting, and DO NOT give back for the others. survival of the fittest pups. not until after they get older do they start 'sharing'. the pups tolerate the other littermates as sharing, but that's it, and they'll 'fight off' the elders so the litter can eat first haha cute
