Really appreciate you posting this, I’m leaning heavily towards this deck for the RCs coming up! Is it ever correct in your opinion to, instead of failing to find on a fetch with Emrakul, grab a surveil land to try and blank their extra turn?
I appreciate you for watching my videos! That’s a very good question. I think it depends on the board state and matchup. However, barring any unique scenarios I think grabbing a Surveil land would be the right play! Thank you for pointing that out! Which regional championship are you going to?
I’ll be at the Portland RC! Still not 100% on a deck, been trying out a variety and having been enjoying Eldrazi quite a bit. It feels like it has game against Boros and Frog. I really like TKS, it feels like it gives you another angle of attack and interaction
I’ll be at Portland too! I like TKS as well. Though the data shows it has mixed results. Currently cutting down to 2x TKS and adding 1x land and 1x All is Dust.
2:23:00 i think u play TKS first before kos as it a blocker the only thing they get u is MB consign if resolves you get to prob koz command (still rough t2 oculus)
I appreciate you for the advice! Definitely a difficult position to be in. I normally cast Thought-Knot Seer to clear the way for the following spell. Probably correct to do so here.
As someone looking to get into this deck, what is the reason for playing karn/not Karn? Also why do you play TKS instead of something else? Getting a better combo MU?
I appreciate you for asking. At its foundation my reasoning for playing both Karn, the Great Creator and Thought-Knot Seer is to saturate the 4 mana value slot. This increases the probability of having a turn 2 play in my opening hand to ~20% per mulligan. In addition both KGC and TKS increase my decks win% against combo decks like Basking Broodscale, Belcher, and Grinding Station. Let me know if you have any other questions!
3rd place hell yeah!!
Thank you kindly!
missed something 54:15 use cling to dust to exile there cards target there oculus cleans there GY
I appreciate you for pointing that out! I’ll have to be more mindful when controlling my opponents turn going forward.

1:44:00 why not play 2nd karn get EE for 1 and pop then u can go down again get coating and they wont ever play the game again?
I appreciate you for the suggestion! However with Chalice of the Void X=1 on the battlefield Engineered Explosives X=1 would have been countered.

@@GILTSPIRE Why did you choose to not play ancient stirrings? Out of deckspace consideration?
Currently there isn’t space for Ancient Stirrings. However that may change as the deck continues to be tuned.
