- #Storycon | Representative Dan Fernandez said the House quad committee has extended an invitation to former President Rodrigo Duterte, along with Senators Bong Go and Bato dela Rosa, to attend the upcoming hearing on extrajudicial killings. However, their attendance remains at their discretion.

The QuadCom can require Ex-Pres Duterte to attend its hearing like any private citizen except Sens. Bato & Bong Go due to interparliamentary courtesy.
We will see if they have the balls to require Duterte to attend its hearings. It will be unfair to Atty & Mrs Roque if they will not use their coercive power and require Duterte to attend its hearings. It will be an example of violation of the equal protection of the law in the Constitution.

Strongly agree with you why should they accord courtesy and respect to a suspected criminals like digonggong bonggago at batoboto they should be compelled to attend the quadcom investigation to clear their involvement in the crimes being inputted to them if they refuse to attend it shows that they are guilty and cases should be filed against them in proper court so that court should be the right agency to warrant of arrest to them
