Pretty much! The beginning goes a little bit into G7 chord notes, with the natural F instead of F#, the middle section differs a bit also but that's pretty much it
Yes, this is played in real time with 2 hands. The piece requires some back and forth with the left hand reaching over the right hand for those single notes in the beginning. But for most of it, the left hand is playing bass notes and laying down chords while the right hand plays melody etc.
