    I deeply appreciate your teachings!! It bothers me that I can't retain all of what I hear anymore....I used to have a fabulous memory but not anymore....However I do share them so that my grandchildren and friends may benefit from them...God bless you!!

    Dr. Marshall,
    Thank you so much for undertaking this series. The virtue ethic has been on my mind a lot lately, and I've been reading as much as I can on the issue these past months. I am striving to amend my daily life in order to grow in virtue and I have had a particular focus on the natural virtues. This series, I am sure, will provide an extraordinary supplement to that -- especially since I am a product of my generation and I learn far better from audio stimulation than I do from reading. May Our Lord always keep you bound to the foot of the Cross, and may Our Lady always keep you in Her Immaculate Heart.

    Yeah a good example of prudence is not having premarital sex. STDs, unplanned pregnancies, and depression come from it.

    Go vegan, a much healthier alternative than Keto!
