I've built a lot of things these past couple of years, but one thing I dared not touch was PCs because I was intimidated by the prospect of building one. Finally, after mustering up the courage, I reached out to ASUS Philippines, and they were kind and confident enough to lend me the components needed for my first PC build. And as challenging as it was, Google said I had it easy by building with a BTF motherboard-it made cable management not as necessary to have a clean-looking internal setup. Oh man, the happiness and relief I felt when the PC booted up! I was so anxious that things might explode when I powered on the rig. But having played some games on it, I can say that we did alright haha. What points of improvement can you share? just in case we build another one hehe.
In my opinion, you should have put the RAM in slots 1 and 3, instead of 1 and 2, to enable Dual-Channel mode and get better performance. Edit: Nevermind, you fixed it.
same here, i want to build my own personal gaming PC but the sheer intimidation and fear that i messed it up made me stop. but seeing you do it makes me have courage. if i got some money then maybe i buy the parts.
Congrats on your pc build! I remember the first time I built mine and how nervous I was to boot it up for the first time lol You did well, also great video!
This is peak happiness. Last time i watched you, I was in high school watching u make Gundam builds (specifically that unicorn one). Thank the lord i found this channel again.
Don't put the sticks (RAM) next to each other since they won't be in dual channel. Always have one gap after the other if you're only using two sticks. Edit; Nevermind. Nice fix!
Eyo I used to watch your old videos and watching your first plamo kit videos got me into Gunpla even before the pandemic. And what are the odds, also just built my new PC a few months back.
Hooooo. Had me worried with the positions of the RAM sticks for a minute. 😆 Not bad for a first build! That cooler should easily be able to handle the heat from your CPU (Might be a bit overkill, but I prefer to overbuild in that department, personally) along with any upgrade you might get down the line. The 4070 Ti Super is also a fantastic GPU and should serve you well for some time. The only nitpicks I'd make here is that I'd want to have a fan exhausting out the rear to try and direct airflow over the VRM's, but this setup will run with positive air pressure, so while that'd improve that performance, it's also not necessary. Secondarily, even with running a BTF motherboard, cable management is still a good idea, even if just to be sure that your cables are organized if you do any upgrades or maintenance. It's always a good idea to take a little extra time during your build to save yourself hardship and annoyance down the line. This is a great build though, and I hope you have fun with it! Welcome to the addiction - Now that you've built one, I guarantee you're gonna want to build another one before too long. 😉
One mistake i think you did was choose an intel proc, right now 13th to 14th gen (iirc and correct me if im wrong) but they have a lot of instability issues, to the point where 3rd part resellers are offering refunds to the buyers, but overall you did well on your 1st time, rog loki is a tier a psu in Cultists Network psu tier list (this is the gold standard reference for psu tier lists), your pc parts are a bit high on the price cause of the rog brand, but overall theyre great, ti super is a beast at 1440p and 4k, welcome to the pc world kaibigan!
Hey, nice build there. Though I suggest getting a contact frame for your cpu as intel 13 and 14 gen cpus run quite hot and might bend over time so its best if you use a contact frame instead. Anyways cool build rocking the rtx 4070 ti super
only little nitpick is cheaping out on your SSD, while kingston is good for budget gaming, you should've invested on something like crucial SSDs as your main boot drive and use the kingston as your other storage. overall good build!
The only thing I would knock here is that the PSU is super overkill for this build, and you could save some money by going for an 850W or even 750W PSU instead. Other than that, very well done. 👏
Ram stick position are wrong, it should be on 2nd and 4th to run dual channels. EDIT: okay, nevermind. I stopped immediately after seeing you put it in wrong slot. 😅🤣
Here are the components of this build:
CPU: Intel® Core™ i5-13400F Processor
RAM: 2x 16GB G.Skills Trident Z5 NEO DDR5 6000Mhz
Storage: 1TB Kingston NV2 NVMe M.2 SSD
Case: ASUS A21 Case
Motherboard: TUF Gaming B760M-BTF WIFI
AIO Cooler: ROG Strix LC II 240 aRGB
GPU: TUF Gaming GeForce RTX™ 4070 Ti SUPER
PSU: ROG Loki 1000W Platinum
Keyboard: ROG Strix Scope II 96 Wireless
Mouse: ROG Harpe Ace Aim Lab Edition
Monitor: ROG Strix OLED XG27AQDMG
yo yo yo put the ram sticks in 2 and 4 for dual ram channeling its important and much better than 1 and 2
nvm lol
magkano lahat inabot bossing?
how about cable management?
Giveaway ? 😂😅

What improvements you can do? Don't return the items you’ve “borrowed” haha. JK!

You forgot to add thermal paste
You almost had me on your ram placement then you got me on your cable management sir. 😂😂😂😂 enjoy your beast of a pc sir!
This is peak happiness. Last time i watched you, I was in high school watching u make Gundam builds (specifically that unicorn one). Thank the lord i found this channel again.
Same!
Same! :D

Nice!! I was gonna comment too but yeah continues to watch and it is all good haha.
I was about to comment the same thing, but then I wait a couple of seconds and just laughed
Glad to see we all had the same idea lmfao, the PC building hive mind right here 💀
I was gonna comment the same haha
Still better than the guy at the Verge
I've been looking forward to this for so long! Amazing
That looks so cool! I hope you enjoy your PC
when i see the cpu on the table facedown, it sends shivers on my spine. why u gotta do mah cpu boy on the table like that.
5 seconds in i went from sleepy to awake lol
Yay! I was almost scared when I saw the ram sticks, what a bait!
0:15 As the former computer shop worker, I suggest putting thermal paste on top of processor to dissipate the heat by cooling it.
He probably added it off-camera because...
doesn't the aio cooler comes with thermal paste pre-applied
Such a great video, and as always
Eyo I used to watch your old videos and watching your first plamo kit videos got me into Gunpla even before the pandemic. And what are the odds, also just built my new PC a few months back.
Love your filming style man!
Such a great 👌 video and as always ❤❤❤
As always amazing video quality
next probably is cable management asmr hahaha, nice build btw!

Welcome to the pc master race
u sir.. always make a very satisfying video❤ i love it
Tekken 7 and witcher 3 you got good taste!
Great video❤
1:53 you should've screwed the psu in in a x pattern, like from top left then down right then top right and finnaly down left

Amazing video
Gio sempai, first time this is epic😍😍💖💖
Solid specs
Was imagining how @Techsource would react the moment you installed those RAM sticks initially 😂😂😂
I'm sure you're gonna enjoy doing mini ITX builds in the future. ✨
not bad actually keep it up! :D
Let’s go new video ❤
And im enjoying my life with i3 2th gen and 128 gb hard drive 😊
One mistake i think you did was choose an intel proc, right now 13th to 14th gen (iirc and correct me if im wrong) but they have a lot of instability issues, to the point where 3rd part resellers are offering refunds to the buyers, but overall you did well on your 1st time, rog loki is a tier a psu in Cultists Network psu tier list (this is the gold standard reference for psu tier lists), your pc parts are a bit high on the price cause of the rog brand, but overall theyre great, ti super is a beast at 1440p and 4k, welcome to the pc world kaibigan!
The issue is only on i7 and i9 cpu, i5 should be find according to intel

Wonderful ❤
I'm jealous of you for being able to afford these things . I wish i could afford it as well and play nier automata and helldivers 2 .

Building a pc is not that easy. Well done !
It was 0.0008 seconds when i was going to comment "how dare u not use the alternate RAM slots"
Good job

Did you panel line the PC?
wonderfull❤
Me having a heart attck seeing the 2 RAM sticks NOT in dual channel.
we have similar specs! though i have a 4070, runs pretty nicely
Wow! that cool
Very nice
nice setop my best tech ❤❤❤❤
Nice 🎉🎉🎉
was so mad at the ram and then you put it right but still wish i had some money
good practice to finish the video before commenting
If I may, you might have some instability issues with that processor. Clean build tho !!
only little nitpick is cheaping out on your SSD, while kingston is good for budget gaming, you should've invested on something like crucial SSDs as your main boot drive and use the kingston as your other storage. overall good build!
Super ❤❤❤❤❤
Nice video, what camera are you using? I lol’d at the initial startup/psu switch not being on.
The only thing I would knock here is that the PSU is super overkill for this build, and you could save some money by going for an 850W or even 750W PSU instead. Other than that, very well done. 👏
My favourite game

Ram stick position are wrong, it should be on 2nd and 4th to run dual channels.
EDIT: okay, nevermind. I stopped immediately after seeing you put it in wrong slot. 😅🤣
Good ❤
After you built the PC how did the Operating system came into in.. do we need to buy it seperately or will it come along with harddisk
This person bought everything he wanted but forgot to buy the most important thing.
@@thebigcj517 bro ur like his 1 hater😂😂
Every thing is good but i would say that u kind of cheaped on the ssd its a budget ssd in a highend build so it will be a little slow
Arcanists, we met once more.
Psu loki its not mini , why u not put the tuf atx 3.0 psu that win reddot?
you know people already typing before the correction. 😭
Where is the pc case pannel sticker peel 😔
No Cyberpunk 2077? Dude!!! :)
Waoo❤
