Eu estava tendo problemas também igual ao seu, foi só ligar o GPS do celular que o modulo conectou com sucesso.

I got the blue one as shown in this video, and it worked once, then I disconnected the cord to mount more permanently, and it quit working, so they sent me the new black one and all that comes up is it says "Connect to wifi" even tho the light shows that it is on, so it didn't work at all. sent them both back.

Four years on and just noting that the Epever eBox-WIFI-01 is a great little box ... but the app is utterly useless. I had an Android version working via an emulator on my MacOS desktop, but Ventura put paid to that. The iOS phone app looks like it's working ... but all you ever get is "Not connected to WiFi". Tried mobile data off, Airplane mode etc. No difference. Also Epever (EPSolar) very conspicuous by their total silence on this very longstanding issue. Says it all really.

I have the bluetooth version. I cant get it working. In the app I connect via bluetooth and a light on the box says I am connected. But no data transfers. I am using an iPhone. EPEver suggested I try it on an android phone. But there are no epever apps in the play store anymore.

Yes, even on its official website. You won't find it

@@ElectroTechKh I don't get it. My EPEver controller is excellent. I watched Adam Welch's video on the wifi box and he had no issues. But that was years ago. Weird.

@@davidhopkins use the sealed version of the app, available on the Epever website. I could not find the app in Google play store. Set your parameters for the battery you have. I have used my Tracers 10 amp and 30 amps with the sealed version of the app with lead acid and Life Po4.
With lifepo4 I have my settings as follows:-
      Over Voltage Disconnect Voltag 13.45
      Over Voltage Reconnect Voltage 13.35
Equalize (Absorption) Charging Voltage 13.35 (duration set to zero)
      Boost (Bulk) Charging Voltage 13.35v
      Float Charging 13.35v
      Boost Reconnect Charging 13.4v
      Charging Limit Volts 13.4v
      LOAD
      Discharge Limit Volt 12.3v
      Low Volt Disconnect 12. 3v
      Low Volt Reconnect 12.4v
      MISC
      Under Volt Warning 12.5v
      Under Voltage Warning Reconnect 12.6v
The way I have my settings I am not using the full capacity but hopefully I will get more cycles.

I had the same problem but finally was able to connect. I disabled the cellular data in settings, select the Epever box network and connected. Everything works fine then but it shows unsecure network for the Epever box and I can't access the internet until I disconnect the Epever and reconnect the phone (iPhone 6) to my Wifi.

iOS sometimes works, but mostly Android not. Unsecured is not the concern because it did not connect to the outside world.

@@ElectroTechKh Thank you for the clarification. It works now but it is annoying that I have to disconnect from the Wifi to use it. On the other end it is certainly safer. Anyway thanks for the reply.

So the software isn't intuitive, but I figured it out.
    First you connect to WiFi
Then you tap the icon for the WiFi interface
First time it takes you into a menu of ep ever devices
Select solar charge converter and it takes you into the correct page
    Ditto for inverter etc
