Ya absolutely got this queens 🎉❤🙏🏾.. I’m in the teas test process have to take mines in October. I missed the deadline for this year where I live unfortunately. But slow and steady wins the race.
Thank you for this video, knowing that you successfully completed your program while being a mom and working part time gives me hope. I start my lpn program on the 31st of this month and I have a 3 year old with autism, I'm already trying to plan out my weekly schedule for studying time and having time for my son but I'm so excited 😊
Congratulations! You can do it! It definitely takes some adjustment and time management. I'm in lpn school right now as a mom and it is hard but you got this!! 🎉❤
This makes me so happy ladies , I'm a mommy to two kids with autism ! I start on January but will be part time so 20 months . Especially that I work full time at a school. I love that I'm not alone !
I’m in foundations 2 of my nursing program. I just passed the dosage cal exam this past week. Honestly nursing school is so easy. I should have done this years ago

I’ve registered into a school, and I haven’t taken the TEAS school yet. So I do I take the TEAS first?(still studying) or do I go handle all of the necessary medical things for myself? Such as the vaccinations . Which is the best step do start from
I'm currently working at the full time at the hospital as a cna and will attend lvn school next yr. The hospital where I'm working will pay for my program but I'll have to work part time while in school. My work hr is 8-4:30pm. Do you think I can manage with full time lvn program while working part time?
Hello Nacole, It so nice listening to your videos. I am longing to become an LVN nurse but I am a little scare because I know it’s a lot of work, studies plus work. So I was wondering if they have like financial aid that can help us with ours bills while in school so we can work less just to pay for necessities and have more time to study. Thank you for replying to me🥰
The program itself is 1 year of nursing classes. Prereqs took me two years because I was part time at college. Someone that is full time could do the prereqs in 2 semesters then apply to nursing.
I am currently enrolled at Galen College of Nursing, they have campuses in different states, they do not require any prerequisites, just transcript, a GPA of 2.7 or above and the TEAS test. Some schools require prerequisites and some don’t. Just do your research to see which schools suits you best. I am currently a Registered Dental Assistant, transitioning to LPN. I wish you all the best.💕🙏🏽
~$14,000 total for the program including the prerequisite courses. I did receive fafsa so it paid for all of my classes. Out of pocket I had to buy my nursing kit(which is now covered by financial aid, it wasn’t at the time I went to school), white shoes, second hand watch, stethoscope, and pen light for clinical. Plus gas and lunch money for class and clinical. Also in my last semester I had to pay the graduation fee, nursing pin fee, and pay for my cap and gown. But those were optional.
I linked some helpful videos in the description box going over things that I mentioned❤️ like, comment, & subscribe!

Is the LPN program and RN program very similar? Or is the RN program much much harder?
The rn program also include critical care nursing which is a little harder.

Would it be hard to work while ur in this program ? I’m asking because I have a. Child
I had a 2 year old at the time and worked part time as a sales associate. It did get hard at times but I just tried to stay focus.
What’s the best study guide to use for Nclex-LVN? Is there a specific resources for LVN or the general nclex study guide can be use?
I have a video on what I used to study for it. And I would definitely utilize the LVN standard guide as well.
