I am using LPG kit on my 2006 alto since 2010 and never faced any issues. It clocked over 130000km . Just doing the regular maintenance . Only issue is there is only one filling station in kottayam.

Also compared to LPG Torodial Tank (33Liter) of gas can be filled and placed in the spare wheel well so boot space is not compromised. LPG Tank is very light compared to CNG and goes about 250-300kms depending on the vehicle as compared to 120-150kms on CNG.

It depends on the product and the unit! Btw lpg prices arent great now so its better to spend no money on kits

Cng have octane value 120-125, much higher than lpg, (just a correction)
But at the same time cng causing engine damage and frequent fitness testing is a headache too! Thanks for adding the info.
