There's this one what if Deku is a Pirate where he dies during the Yakuza raid and got transported to One Piece World with Ochaco, Setsuna, and Kirishima so far.

Theres a very particular anime with a "Healer" mc that proves otherwise. Also its even mentioned in a few anime that inaccurate healing magic can lead to near cancerous conditions.
Any power can be used for evil if someones creative enough with ill intentions
