I used mine to finish my counter research and some MH research and some upgraded military research

Demoralize plague and sabotage arn't actually that bad for labes I believe lvl 10 on all of them is in the 60 range

changing research gear doesn't affect how much technolabes it costs. It's a fixed amount.

i checked my gear beforehand and it didnt change the cost of the technolabes so i didnt bother
