It's actually prefered to freeze french fries before you fry them so that they are crisper, also potatoes are really expensive in Korea

Garlic salt and white pepper I think were one of the main seasonings on the marinade. Not sure if lemons or oranges were used in conjunction w the milk lol uhh pickle juice definitely helped when I tried to replicate this. And boneless chicken thighs are being used in the vid so I went with the same. Big sammies for sure 😊
The lemon juice in the milk is substitute buttermilk....I'm trying to guess the ingredients

Well first off let me say this theirs a lot of prepping for this sandwich!! I like the idea of handmade coleslaw being added to the sandwich as well as the buns being buttered and toasted!!
