Broken Bells - Love On The Run (Cover)

As beautiful and melancholic as "Love On The Run," a song by Broken Bells (my favorite band), is, the story behind this cover is no less meaningful and amazing to me... Two days ago, on one of my super old Broken Bells covers, I noticed a comment from an internet stranger requesting that I cover "LOVE ON THE RUN." It's been a long time since I had touched the piano or sang - you know how life goes… However, after listening to this song, I couldn't justify any excuse not to find time to experience this music with my breath and my fingers, so I promised him I would cover it one day...
While checking the "Love On The Run" lyric video and its comments section, I accidentally encountered a comment from this person, describing how this Broken Bells’ song came into his life during the ongoing pain he is trying to overcome. Little did I know that my promised "one day" to post this cover would be rushed to today...
Yesterday, the internet stranger replied back to me, expressing gratitude for my promise to cover it. His story and request gave me something that I should probably be giving to him - happiness and appreciation. So, this cover is for him, and for everyone whose soul and heart aches. I hope it can bring some healing and happiness to the beautiful souls.
