Always best to use clear cup with demonstration - shows the Crema this is so important with coffee - I drink Black. Stopped using Milk & Sugar (not healthy) - Milk smells awful, Lavazza Blends taste the better than any other brand. I like my Coffee the true Italian way strong short espresso & black…milk, sugar kills the true Coffee taste,
