With that info I'm thinking it could be a brick making operation. Maps from the late 1700s has wording that says brickyard. Maybe they sourced clay from the stream and used rail cars to transport it?

This property is huge and there is much more areas to search this was only one visit, I wish I had more assistance with the search.
They have armed guards on the property until September so I will have to wait till then.
