Muscle memory. 24 hours is a blink for professional dancers. As Alyson said herself -those grooves don't ever leave you. So it was probably all she needed to rehearse. Having said that, it's my favourite Missy song, and Alyson's talent is out of this world. Not just the dancing but her music, and voice and the way she is so knowledgeable (different interview), and a beautiful person to boot.

People seems to forget that she played Max( tapeworm bff) on suite life of Zack and Cody, mike super short show,( when it was confusing doing their signature hand moves) camp rock(demi new best friend). She made songs for some of the Disney original movies back then( dancing in the moon light), the little girl in phineas and ferb (Isabella) and more. She was in cheaper by the dozen 1&2 (Taylor launter aka Elliot murta crush ). But no matter how many roles she plays, she will always be known as the little girl in Missy video aww lol

I must admit I'm not a fan of too much pop music, but I really like this. Not only does this girl have some damn fine moves, but more importantly it's just nice to see someone show some appreciation and gratitude to those who have helped them. Too many people think it's their hard work alone that got them where they are and forget that many others worked hard and made sacrifices of their own to make their efforts pay off for them, but obviously this young lady hasn't forgotten those who have helped her along the way. Kat It's like that most likely because old and young people recognize her from Missy Elliott's videos and because those videos were from a long time ago those people that were watching the videos aren't into Disney channel and Camp Rock and when they see her they automatically think "Thats the girl from Missy's videos" you know.
