I just don't get this. A company cashing in on a gimmick. i had just as much fun catching stripers in the surf in the 70's using a Diawa 12' fiberglass rod with cork handles ,2pc rod. It casted far enough to catch fish year after year and it did not cost $500.00.Talk about a con job..........
@@lttruck2973 Of course it works. You can catch plenty of fish with a Kane pole. If you have never owned high end fishing gear and put a season under your belt ! You have no reason or right to call them a gimmick!! I’m 62 and used ugly Stiks my whole life. The last 5 years I’ve been using SS2G and St Croix legend with Thunnus reels and believe me the experience is totally different and much more enjoyable !!
I had an infinity surf rod, it broke just checking the action ! I love my SS2G, great rod !
Still can't find any of these new Lamiglas rods in the stores. Even the Infinity Surf that's been out for awhile.

Of course you don’t get it. If you ever spend a season casting with a SS2G paired with a Shimano Thunnus Ci4 reel. You’ll get it then !
@@flatheadfletch Yup...I forgot the fish changed from the 70's until now. The point is simplicity still works.
