It is has 8 big chillis growing on it and dropping a lot of flowers. I have been watering every two days with tomato feed. I'll try banana peel. Did you cut it up and dry it or just bury it in the soil?
Hello, 🌼 I actually dry them for a few days and then use it in plants.. 🙂🙂 And chilies do better in the summer and maybe the weather is unsuitable for them, that's why it's dropping lots of flowers..🙂🙂
Do chilli plant require direct sunlight because the place I kept my chilli plant have no direct sunlight and its first time when flowers came it is dropping. Plz reply Maam.

Misinformation, what kind of bs are "male" flowers in chilli plants... The flower contains both male and female parts, no matter when they are formed. Imagine if it really took 5-6 months to produce "female" flowers, nobody on earth (growing outdoors) would be getting more than 1 flush of fruit per year. Also, banana peels need to decompose before they are bio-available for the plant to use, so good thing you use the inorganic fertilizer. Although, it probably would be beneficial for the plant you reuse the soil for, next year.
