Determination of Band gap of a semiconductor (Germanium)

we are taking temperature verses voltage reading while current is fixed (I=5mA) and calculating resistivity , using four probe method .Then plotting a graph ,temp inverse verses log of resistivity. lastly using working formula calculating Energy gap or Band gap.
