Robin was in character consistently ..Quick wit comic, trained in Julliard drama and stage, definitely looks like he was trained in dance formally too , athlete, high academics, kind , definitely a one of a kind . they broke the mold after
Was there anything Robin could not do and just wow !! He was just so sexy here, he was the total package, sad he never knew, and that's what made him sexy, so humble.
I have an old clip of Robin and WHoopie, he was a businessman reading a paper on a bench, Whoopie is playing a large drum, she gets faster and louder, Robin starts by twitching one foot, obviously trying not to. All of a sudden he jumps up and does this frantic tribal dance, and then sits back down and they give each other a high five. absolutely fantastic.
This was a clip on a VHS I had, I think it was The Princess Bride.. just 2 seconds, from the turn/cheek flex to the "OH YEAH!" I'm 42 years old and I have NEVER forgotten those 2 seconds.. nice to finally see where it came from
OMG I have never seen Robin in tights/tight trousers! (cept in Hook, but even then) I always thought that he wore really baggy loose trousers and always had his hands in front of his bits. I can see why now!!! WEHAY! (reminds me of when as a teen i always wore baggy tops as my tatas were growing LOL, now i don't hide them anymore tho ;-) ) and yes brckja0810 i couldn't take my eyes off his junk as you put it LOL Oh Robin ....................
I am POed. I am a Aussie and would love to see more of the Comic Relief stuff. As far as I know it has not been aired on Aussie TV. I have asked HBO if they could release them to DVD so the people of the world can share this brilliant work from the 3 best ever comics. LMAO when I saw this. Does anybody know what year it was done. Still obsessed after 4 months. Thanks for helping me. I am still laughing. RIP Mr Williams. Lest we forget.
On change.org, there is a petition called "Return 'Comic Relief' Telethons" advocating that HBO resume airing these telethons as a way to increase public aid to the homeless, as a tribute to Robin, who is credited with the idea that the American branch of Comic Relief dedicate itself to aiding America's homeless ( after being left speechless from a visit to a shelter) instead of being just another celebrity organization aiding famine relief in Ethiopia, when that was the cause celebre of the mid 80s.Since Robin's death, it has been noted that he had it in his contracts that a certain number of homeless people had to be hired to work on whatever venue he worked on, if the budget allowed, giving them a way to work their way back into society's mainstream. While the telethons will never be the same without him, other comedians might be given their big chance, and perhaps he'd be pleased to know that the effort on behalf of the cause with which he was best affiliated will continue. The petition, which only requires 100 signatures, may be viewed at:www.change.org/p/hbo-michael-lombardo-president-hbo-programming-return-comic-relief-telethons?recruiter=375227144& Thank you.
He performed in drag in Birdcage, as a woman in Mrs. Doubtfire, seems to have lived in San Francisco for some time, I don't think they would have a problem with it. He seemed to understand and accept them and everyone loved him. One of those rare people who could make everyone laugh. I wonder what he'd do about the Karen problem though, and the masks. Miss him

Robin’s actually a great dancer, he looks like he’s had some kind of training.
He went to Julliard so dancing, singing, acting were all part of it

If If you didn’t see anything you would have something about that too.
these guys would never get away with this now. The LGBTQETC community would crucify them.
COMEDY today sucks,,,,, I have seen 100's of unknowns the last 15 years here in CT .. its comedy folks. THEN STAY HOME and cry
I'm gay, LOVE these two and as a society people need to stop taking things so seriously! I think this is HYSTERICAL! 🤣

Who cares.
As a member of that community, they would not. You are inventing things to get mad at. He’s very popular in this community
25 people have no sense of humour
wow. robin is a transgender aftef all. the way his body moves is as like a woman
Doesn't make him trans...he just knew how to move
He was classically trained at Julliard. He may know multiple forms of dance
This is one of the dumbest comments I’ve ever read
