Nice video. We have plenty of spots like that up here in southeast NC. Thanks for the info on the Ozark Trail cooler. Looks like a good idea and not as bulky as my cheap igloo cooler.
Indeed man. Hope this video helps. I just bought another cooler too. I feel this video may blow them out in my area. Had to get another one incase production slows down like everything else. 😝
I’m keeping up on the recent content. I’m making my way back to HH island tomorrow! What size of slim swimz are those 2.5” or 3”. I bought a bunch last season and they destroy just about anything here in Ohio.
Hey low country dude...im an hour from savannah 16west..im getting into the coastal fishing now after 3 trips not catching anything i need help tips anything..lol i have my own boat i want somebody to let me shadow them all day so i can learn some shit .. I can go whereever...ill show up with my boat and everything i need
We have a lot of shallow muddy creeks of the inter coastal here in Nc, was wondering if there would be trout and reds in them this time of year. Haven’t seen much bait around.
Dan, what’s the story on the parasites that have showed up on the redfish? Is this an invasive species that has come into our waters? Will they harm the fish population? Should we destroy them rather than throw them back? Also were you fishing an outgoing tide here? Great advice on how to locate these spots!!!! Thanks!
I’m no biologist but I’m sure they are bad. I would say kill them if you pull them off the fish that you release. That spot is good with any tide. Current is key doesn’t matter if it’s coming or going.
Met you at that pond in Pooler a while back. Love the videos, you should do a sheepshead fishing video sometime!
Hey brother, I sure will it’s prime time for them now. And easy to catch.
Those vids just keep getting better!
Wait till you see the next one. I got another drone. 😉 now if I can just keep it above the surface of the water. 😝
Another great video Dan.
Thx brother it was a fun trip.
I just discovered your channel. Love it!
Thanks for the support Paul.

3” slim swimZ cut down to 2” or trout tricks cut to 2”.
Thanks Dan I’m stoked to try some winter reds and trout! I also got the 1/6oz bullet heads.

Yeah they are there. You should tune into the Speckled Truth Podcast. Those guys are out of NC and can dial you into those waters specifically.
Dan, were you bleeding out the trout before putting them in the cooler, or did they go in as is?
The trout go in as is
Heading to finally get out Skidaway today
Nice man. Good luck. Let me know how ya do. Salt pond should be good with this warm trend we just had.
I got skunked
But that’s nothing new
What an awesome day
Indeed
