The guy in the video makes it looks easy since he's clearly experienced but managing her blood cost can be stressful for someone who's more used to playing supports like Seris and Jenos.....like myself lol. All in all, in order for her to be efficient she needs good management.

If people were able to spam her with max chrono, they would find themselves dying quicker. She’s good with her cd as it is and the items could be used for other things

why did you start with morale boost instead of Chronos or veteran?
Lillith ult is really powerful in starting and can heal your teammates all at once so its a good choice to have morale boost
